9ème Age d'ébène Round 1 - Turnierablauf und Wertung

Déroulement :

3 parties de 3h chacune
15€ (inscription + 1 boisson + la baguette du midi)


Horaire :

Accueil des joueurs à partir de 8h00.
Le tirage au sort des différents adversaires et des tables sera prédéterminé afin de gagner du temps, les joueurs d'un même club (sauf retardataires) ne joueront pas l’un contre l’autre en première partie. Indiquez donc scrupuleusement votre équipe/club lors de votre inscription.
Début de la première ronde à 8h30.
3h de match, ce qui nous amènera à 11h30. Pause de midi jusqu'à 12h15 (ceux qui auront fini avant 11h45 seront invités à préparer leurs armées et à se nourrir dès ce moment afin que nous puissions reprendre au plus vite).
Début de la seconde ronde à 12h15, 3h de match, cela nous amènera à 15h15
Début de la troisième ronde à 15h15, 3h de match et il sera alors 18h15. Proclamation des résultats au plus vite.


Les listes d'armées :

Les listes sont à envoyer pour le 19 Juin 2016 (pour avoir les points bonus) sous format word, pdf ou excel, aucune liste réalisée par le programme armybuilder/block/Txt/Note ne sera acceptée (et vous fera perdre des points le cas échéant). Le coût des différents équipements et options devront figurer clairement dans la liste d'armée et les différentes sections (Seigneurs, Héros, Base,...) devront être clairement distinguables. Un exemple de liste se trouve en bas de cette page.

Points bonus :

Points de peinture : Entre -5 et 10 points bonus.
* -5 points si au moins une figurine n’est pas montée.
* 0 points si -50% de l'armée est peinte
* 2 points si +50% de l'armée est peinte
* 5 points si tout est peint.
Si armée entièrement peinte, les bonus suivants sont d’application :
* +1 wysiwyg
* +2 tous les socles sont texturés
* +1 pour l'uniformité de l'armée
* +1 pour l'effet WAOW de l'armée

Autres bonus : 15pts bonus (TRÈS FACILEMENT GAGNÉS)
* 5 points sont attribués pour une liste envoyée dans les délais, correcte dès le premier envoi et comportant tous les détails de points des équipements. Toute erreur dans la composition d’une liste classique sera pénalisée immédiatement. Tout changement dans la liste après réception sera également pénalisé, sauf si les changements en question sont dû à la sortie d'un errata/d'une nouvelle version.
* 5 points sont attribués pour le payement sur le compte de l'asbl La tour d'ébène avant le tournoi. La date limite de réception pour les versements est fixée au 19 Juin à 23h59.
* 3 points pour avoir les règles de votre armée le jour du tournoi (imprimé ou sur tablette, pas sur téléphone).
* 1 points pour avoir le livre de règle 9th Age le jour du tournoi (imprimé ou sur tablette, pas sur téléphone).
* 1 point pour avoir communiqué la composition du sandwich à l'envoi de la liste.

Les Sandwich proposés sont : Jambon/Jambon & Fromage/Fromage avec mayonnaise, beurre et/ou salade. Une boisson est comprise dans le prix.

On a donc un total de 60pts de partie et 25 pts bonus !

Time table :
Sign in of the players starting at 8h00.
The draw of the first round will be done beforehand to win time. Players of the same club (except latecomers) will not play against another club member in the first round. To make sure this happens correctly, don’t forget to mention your team/club name during inscription.
First round starts at 8h30.
The game will last 3h (until 11h30). Lunch break until 12h15.
Second round will start at 12h15, 3h game, until 15h15
Start of the second round at 15h15, 3h game, until 18h15.
Results will be announced asap.

Army lists :

Army lists are to be sent before the 19th of june 2016 at 23h59 (if you want the bonus points) in a word,pdf or excell format. No list made using the army builder/block/txt/note programs will be allowed. The cost of the different options and equipment must be clearly noted in the list, as well as the different sections (lords, heroes, core, etc.). An example of a correct list format is figured below.

Bonus points :

Painting points : Between -5 et 10 bonus points.
* -5 points if at least one model is not properly contructed.
* 0 points if -50% of the army is painted
* 2 points if +50% of the army is painted
* 5 points if the whole army is painted.

If army fully painted, following bonuses will apply:
* +1 wysiwyg
* +2 everything is based
* +1 uniformity of the army
* +1 WOW effect of the army

Other bonuses : 15pts bonus (Easily won)
* 5 points if the list was sent on time and was correct. Any change or error in the list after being sent will result in the loss of these points (unless newer version or errata).
* 5 points will be won if payment was done before the 19th of june 2016 23h59 on the account of the club.
* 3 points if you have the rules of your army on the day of the tournament (on paper or tablet, not on a phone).
* 1 point if you have the 9th age rule book on the day of the tournament (on paper or tablet, not on a phone).
* 1 point if you communicated what you want on your sandwich when you sent your army list.

The sandwiches we can offer are : Ham / ham &cheese / Cheese with mayonnaise, butter and/or salad. One drink is included in the price.

All this for a total of 60 game points and 25 bonus points.
