Terms of Using
As T³ is offering a kind of service there are some rules which apply here.:§1 - Private Data
The private data of players and organisators is only used for the intention of the administration of tournaments. The data of registered players (of a certain tournament) are available to the according organisators. In addition the contact data of the organisators is available to the players. The data will not be given in any other way to third parties for advertising or other purposes. Emailaddresses will not be made public to avoid spam. To contact a person a formmailer is always available.
§1.1 - Turnierteilnahme
Mit der Anmeldung zu einem T³-Turnier stimmt der Nutzer der Veröffentlichung seiner Daten (z.Z. Teilnehmer-, Ergebnis-, Ranglisten) auf T³ zu und gibt sie für die statistische Verarbeitung frei.
§1.2 - Anonymisierung
Wenn ein Spieler keine Veröffentlichung seiner Daten wünscht, hat er die Möglichkeit einer kompletten Anonymisierung. Dann wird er im ganzen System nur noch als anonym geführt, so dass nun noch T³-Admins und entsprechende Orgas seine Daten sehen können. T³-Accountbesitzer können dies komfortabel in ihren Einstellungen selbst vornehmen. Nichtregistrierte Spieler wenden sich dazu bitte an einen für sie zuständigen T³-Admin.
§2 - Legal Claims
T³ offers its service at no charge. The T³-team (see contact) is not legally chargable for any financial or other harm, that is not caused by wantonly negligented acting of it. Any uses of the service of tournament administration and registration is based on your own risk.
§3 - Tournament Administration
Organisators of tournaments, that use the tournament administration of T³, commit themselves to use the data of the players (in terms of §1) only for the purpose of tournament administration. In addition they have to take care for the correct creation fo the tournament results. Any falsification is forbidden. The data has to be transmitted to the T³-server correctly. The use of the GoePP-software is recommended.
§3.1 - Public Event
As stated in the (german) law for the protection of the youth a written allowance is needed for underaged participants, if the minor wants to take part in a public event (like a gaming tournament). The organisator has to ensure that this issue is checked. T³ points out the issue automatically, but is not responsible in any case and §2 goes in effect.
If any point of this terms is invalid, the complete terms stay valid.
