Registration: $10 (Advance sign-up is encouraged to aid in preparation)
Tournament Date: February 27th, 2011
Tournament Time: 1PM
Appearance Standard: All models in a crew must be painted (works in progress are OK)
Proxy Rule: Non-master, non-henchmen models may be appropriately proxied, using no more than half of your available Soulstones to hire proxied models.
Conversions are encouraged, show off your creativity!
Prize Ruling: Prizes will be awarded based on total VP earned. No more than 8 VP may be earned in any single round.

A Note on Sportsmanship: The objective of any tournament is for everyone to have a good time. As such, players are expected to behave in a civil and respectful manner to one another at all times. Players should provide any legitimate information their opponent asks for during an Encounter, play their activations in a timely manner, and generally treat each opponent as they themselves would like to be treated during the tournament. Any player whose behavior is deemed unacceptable will get ONE warning before being disqualified from the tournament.

o 35 SS Fixed Crews
• Terrain
o The tournament organizers will set boards and Terrain.
• Strategies and Scheme’s
o Strategies will be random based upon the Core Strategies in Rising Powers
o Two schemes will be picked per encounter, and cannot be repeated. Schemes to be chosen from “Rising Powers Expansion”.
o No more than 8VP may be earned in any given round
• House Rules
o Additional house rulings may be presented on the day of the tournament prior to the first round.
