Heidelhammer III - Tournament Schedule and Scoring

Armies
Please prepare two lists for your army: One list with 1500 points and one with 2500 points. The first two rounds will be played with 1500 points, the last round with 2500.
Only the standard lists from the 6th edition army books are permitted. Official supplements from the chronicles are also permitted. Alternative ‘back of the book’ lists or lists from the army book for the ‘Storm of Chaos’ campaign are not permitted. Special character models are also not permitted. Both army books of the dwarves are permitted.
Running of the event
a) Even number of participants
Three rounds are played. There is a time limit of 2:30 hours for each round and a half-hour break between each round. The games in the first round are drawn by lot, after which neighbouring players are paired against each other in a ladder system if they have not yet played against each other.
b) Odd number of participants
The players choose their opponents themselves. There are no fixed rounds. One player is the knight. When a game has ended, the players can start the next game directly with the knight and so on. This means that the games start and end smoothly and that players can choose their own break times. The players decide which of the two lists they play with. Players can have played a different number of games at the end of the day.
Battles
All battles are fought as open field battles. The normal rules from the Warhammer rulebook apply with the following exceptions.
After the sides have been chosen, a D3 is rolled to determine the deployment zones using Appendix 1. The following exceptions apply to scoring at the end of the game:
- Field quarters are not considered
- Conquered standards are worth 50 points each.
Rating
Scenario a) Even number of participants
Depending on the outcome of the game, the winners/losers divide 12 points between them: (M12/0, SV 10/2, NV 8/4, T6/6). In the event of a tie, the difference in victory points from the battles serves as a tiebreaker.
Scenario b) Odd number of participants
Points are calculated as in scenario a. However, not everyone has played the same number of games. The position in the table is determined by the percentage of points scored in relation to the potentially possible points.
Example: Vincent has 18 points (SV + NV), Lukas also has 18 points (SV+T+defeat in SV), Riccardo has 12 points (M). Table:
Riccardo 12/12 100%
Vincent 18/24 75%
Lukas 18/36 50%
