Horaire :
Accueil des joueurs à partir de 8h00.
Le tirage au sort des différents adversaires et des tables sera prédéterminé afin de gagner du temps, les joueurs d'un même club (sauf retardataires) ne joueront pas l’un contre l’autre en première partie. Indiquez donc scrupuleusement votre équipe/club lors

de votre inscription.
Début de la première ronde à 8h30.
3h de match, ce qui nous amènera à 11h30. Pause de midi jusqu'à 12h15 (ceux qui auront fini avant 11h45 seront invités à préparer leurs armées et à se nourrir dès ce moment afin que nous puissions reprendre au plus vite).
Début de la seconde ronde à 12h15, 3h de match, cela nous amènera à 15h15
Début de la troisième ronde à 15h30, 3h de match et il sera alors 18h30. Proclamation des résultats au plus vite.

Règlement :
40 participants
Inscription : 15€ comprenant les droits d’entrée ainsi qu’un sandwich et une boisson à midi.
Restrictions générales : 4500 points // tous les livres d’armées disponibles sur le site The 9th Age.

Listes d’armée :
Les parties se feront à listes ouvertes.
Les listes sont à envoyer à latourebene@gmail.com pour le 17 Juin 2018 (pour avoir les points bonus) sous format word, pdf ou txt, aucune liste réalisée par le programme armybuilder/block/Note ne sera acceptée (et vous fera perdre des points le cas échéant). Le coût des différents équipements et options devront figurer clairement dans la liste d'armée et les différentes sections (Personnages, Base,...) devront être clairement distinguables. Un exemple de liste se trouve en bas de cette page.

Les figurines jouées devront être collée au minimum afin d'être déposée sur la table.

Arbitrage :
L’arbitrage sera géré par 2-3 arbitres. Ils seront clairement identifiés en début de journée.
Les versions utilisées seront celles disponibles sur le site de 9th Age le 1 juin, suite à normalement une maj en mai. En cas de problème, c'est toujours la version anglaise des livres de règles/armée qui fait loi.

Attention : Plusieurs erreurs de traductions peuvent s’être glissées dans les non-VO. Consultez votre livre d'armée anglais avant de nous envoyer votre liste !

Merci de bien relire les règles de 9th Age avant le tournoi, et surtout celles de votre armée. Il est également demandé d’apporter une copie de son livre d’armée et si possible du Rulesbook : The 9th Age.

Scénarios et déploiement:
Les scénarios seront tiré de manière aléatoire par table (chaque joueur tira un scénario avec son adversaire), quant au déploiement celui-ci sera fixe par table (ex: la table 1 sera toujours refused flank etc...)

Calcul des points de victoire : Appliquez le tableau du règlement 9th Age.

Choix de sandwich :

- crudité/pas de crudité
- Jambon/Fromage/Jambon+fromage
Le choix du sandwich doit être spécifié dans le mail lors de l'envoi de votre liste d'armée.

Récompenses et prix :

Le classement « combat » sera établi sur base des points de victoire obtenus lors des 3 parties de la journée additionnés des points bonus suivants :
- Liste correcte dès le premier envoi : 5pts
- Paiement effectué à l’avance : 5pts
- Choix sandwich lors de l'envoi du mail: 2pts
- Résultat de partie remis dans le temps impartis : 1pt

Pour un total de 75 pts (dont 15 pts bonus « faciles »)

Le classement peinture:
- Nous demanderont à chaque joueur de voter pour son armée préférée lors du repas de midi.

Les prix:
- Dépendant du nombres de participant un certains nombre de prix peinture/combat seront attribués.

- Trophé d'ébène pour le brave se hissant au sommet du podium

Programma:

De loting van de verschillende tegenstanders en tafels zal vooraf bepaald worden om tijd te besparen. Spelers van dezelfde club zullen niet tegen elkaar spelen in het eerste deel (behalve als je te laat komt). Geef zorgvuldig uw team/club door wanneer u zich registreert.

De eerste ronde begint om 8:30.
Deze rond duurt 3 uur tot 11:30,lunchpauze duurt tot 12:15.
De tweede ronde begint om 12:15, en duurt 3h tot 15:15.
De derde en laatste rond begint om 15:30 tot 18:30.

De resultaten zullen ASAP worden verkondigd.

Regels:
40 deelnemers.
Kosten: €15 inclusief tornooikosten, 1 sandwich en 1 drankje voor tijdens de lunch.
Algemene beperkingen: 4500 punten/ elke boek beschikbaar op The 9th website.

Army List:
open lists games.
Lijsten moeten doorgestuurd worden naar latourebene@gmail.com voor 17 juni 2018 (om bonuspunten te bemachtigen) in een word, pdf of een txt file. Lijsten gemaakt met armybuilder/bloc/note zijn niet toegelaten. (Geen bonuspunten) Elke uitrusting en opties moeten duidelijk beschreven worden in je lijst met de overeenkomstige kosten. Alle verschillende delen (charachters, core,...) moeten ook duidelijk beschreven worden.

Miniatiatures moeten gelijmd zijn om speelbaar te zijn.


Scheidsrechter:
Er zijn twee tot drie Scheidsrechters. Deze worden bekend gemaakt op D-day. OV van de rulebook en army boos zullen de overhand hebben. De laatste versie beschikbaar op de 9th age website op 1 juni zal gebruikt worden. De nieuwe versie zal worden doorgestuurd via mail.

Scenario’s and deployment:
Scenario’s zijn willekeurig per tafel. (Dit wordt bepaald via dobbelsteen onafhankelijk). Deployment hangt af van de tafel. (bv. tafel 1 is refused tank, tafel 2 is marching columns enz. )

De berekeningen van de punten worden bepaald via de 9th age tabel.

Sandwiches:
- Boter/mayonaise
- Groenten/geen groeten
- ham/kaas/ham en kaas
De sandwich moeten worden gespecifieerd in de mail die de army list bevat.

Points/Ranking:
De ranked fights zullen bepaald worden aan de hand van de overwinningen tijdens de drie games.
Bonuspunten:
- Correcte lijst na de eerste zending: 5punten
- betaling is op tijd en vooraf: 5 punten
- Opgegeven welke sandwich je wilt in de mail: 2 punten
- Resultaat van elk spel ontvangen op tijd: 1 punt

Totaal is 75 punten (+15 gemakkelijke bonus punten)

Schilder rankschiking:
- Iedereeen stemt op zijn favoriet leger tijdens lunch.

Prijzen:
- Afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers worden prijzen verdeeld voor schilderen/vechten.
- Fluggy Bunny
- Ebene trophy voor degene die het beste is in het algemeen.

Program:
Reception of the players starting at 8:00.
Draw of the match-ups and tables will be prepared in advance, players from the same club (exception for late arrivals) will not play against each other during the first round. Therefore carefully indicate your club/team when inscribing yourself.
First round starts at 8:30.
3h fight until 11:30, lunch break until 12:15.
Second round at 12:15, 3h fight until 15:15.
Last round starting at 15:30 until 18:30. Result will be announced ASAP.


Rules:
40 participants.
Subscription: 15€ including tournament fees, 1 sandwich and 1 drink for lunch
General restrictions: 4500 points // Every books available on The 9th age website.


Army List:
Open lists games.
Lists have to be sent to latourebene@gmail.com for the 17 june 2018 (to obtain the corresponding bonus points) under format word, pdf or txt, list made by armybuilder/bloc/note will not be accepted (no bonus points).Every equipment and options must be clearly described in the army list with their corresponding costs. Every sections (Characters, core,…) must also be clearly distinguished.
For an exemple, see the end of this page.

Miniatures playde must be at least glued to be played.


Refereeing:
Refereeing will be managed by 2-3 referes. They will be clearly identified the D-day. OV of the rulebooks and army boos will prevail and we will use the last version available on 9th age website on the 1th of june. Since normally a new version will be provided in mai.


Scenarios and deploiement:
Scenarios will be randomised on each table (each table will roll a scenario independently), deploiement on other hand will fixed by table (exemple: table 1 is refused flank, table 2 is marching columns etc...).

To calculate victory points refers to the 9th age table.

The sandwich must be specified in the email while sending the army list.

Rewards:
The ranking "fight" will be established regarding the victory points earned during the 3 games, and bonus points can be added:
- Correct list after the first send : 5pts
- Payment done in advance : 5pts
- Sandwich in the mail : 2pts
- Result of each game received BEFORE the end of the time : 1pt

Total is 75pts (and 15 "easy" bonus points)

The paint ranking:
- We will ask all the players to vote for his favorite army while eating their lunch.
