Store Championship Brussels - Information and Rules

Dear X-Wing Players,

The Outpost Brussels & R2T3 Team are happy to announce their X-Wing Store Championship Tournament for this Summer.

Here are the details of the Tournament:

Sunday 05/08/2018 (Free Parking on Sundays)

We are trying to open the shop before. If that change the timetable will be modify but we keep anyway the structure (4 swiss + top 8)

•Format :
30 players

This will be a 100pt or less X-Wing tournament following all standard X-Wing rules from FFG, including the latest FAQ.

It will be a 4 Swiss Rounds Tournament followed by a TOP 8 (if more than 24 players, Top 4 if 24 or less).
Round 1: 10h45 – 12h00
Round 2: 12h20 – 13h35
Round 3: 14h00 – 15h15
Round 4: 15h35 – 16h50
Prize’s ceremony : 17h
Top 8 : 17h30 – 18h45
Top 4 : 18h50 – 20h05
Final : 20h10

All X-Wing expansions from Fantasy Flight Games issued before delivering squad lists are legal.
Players are expected to bring with them all materials they will need for battle, including squadron, dice, maneuver dials, maneuver templates, asteroids, tokens and damage card deck. No proxies allowed, only official material. Bring your maps also please.

•Preregistrations:
A. ONLY VIA T3:
Preregistration will only be valid via the TableTopTournament website.
The registration will be open the Monday 18/06/2018 at 8 pm.

B. SENDING YOUR LIST BY 30.07.2018.

B. 1. Players must also send their squad list using a valid URL link to an online squadron builder preferably in English (for instance http://x-wing.fabpsb.net/#etiquette, or http://xwing-builder.co.uk/build). Lists must be sent to "Rahfa " or "Tyrt" via T3 (clicking on the organisers name to contact him). Dont send your squadlist to Apoc. It won't be valid.

B. 2. Squad list must be sent no later than 30th July to the organisers, including if you are on the waiting list.

B.3. Non compliance with these instructions will result in an invalid registration: (i) the player will first be relegated at the bottom of the waiting list, (ii) if the player still has a valid place at the tournament, the first game will be counted as a loss.

B.4. Players can check their registration status on the T3 website's list of participants.

•Registration on the day:
You must have completed your registration on the premises before 10.30am. Failure to do so will result in your first game to be counted as a loss.

•Prizes:
- Store Kit 2018
- Ships for the top players. Number depending on the number of players
