Grinder 2 - Information and Rules

Finally some gaming, and w're throwing you straight into the Grinder!

This will be the second single day event of a two-parter running across the weekend. The other one can be found here. You are of course not required to come both days, but can choose 1 (or 2!) that tickles your fancy.

Practical
First, some COVID-19 measures:
The event will be held at the sports hall of a school, this means it has every precaution and needed supplies to be a safe environment. There are lines available on the floors for people to keep distance and there will be plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer. We would also like to ask everyone to bring your own mask(s), stay on your side of the table as much as possible and touch your opponents' models and/or other stuff as little as possible.
We will consume food outside so proper social distancing can be maintained and the play hall itself is large enough to have ample space between tables. Note that this does limit each event to a max of about 20 people, so get in fast!
You're all big boys and/or girls, so we will trust you to be responsible and use your own judgement, but we may step in if we feel it is needed.

Entry fee is 5 Euro and covers the costs of the venue.
Food will be ordered from nearby establishments, so you pay what you use. Drinks will be available on premise at democratic prizes.

The first round will start at 9 a.m. so we should be done by 8 o'clock at the latest.

There are plenty of (class) rooms for people to spend the night on Saturday, so all you have to do is bring a mattress/pillow/sleeping bag for yourself. We will advise having your own towel, toothbrush and a change of clothes as well. Note that each room is outfitted with a sink, but there are no showers available.
Wake-up calls may or may not have something to do with cuddles from Klaas and kisses from Christophe.

Format
We will follow all the normal rules for Steamroller 2019:
* 75 points
* second list optional
* no painting requirement, but please mark your arcs
* 1h deathclock per player
* Final standings variant - Control Point scoring
* note that scenarios will be pre-determined per table, to speed up the time between rounds

Army lists
We will be using the latest version of the rules available which can always be found here. Please bring your own army lists, we recommend using https://conflictchamber.com.

We hope you're all as excited as we are to throw down with our friends on the tabletop again, and of course to see you there!
