Steam Roeselare 7 - Information and Rules

Timing
We will foresee 10 minutes before and after each round for the basic setup and collection of results, as well as a short break.

08:30 Welcome & registration
09:00 - 09:15 Briefing
09:15 - 11:30 First round
11:30 - 13:15 Second round
13:15 - 13:45 Break (lunch/smoking/bio/...)
13:45 - 18:00 Third round
18:00 - 20:15 Fourth round (only if needed)
20:30 Results & goodbye tears

Practical
The venue is TRAX, which is a 5 minute walk from the station in Roeselare. There is parking available under the station; just follow the road, you can't miss it.

Your ticket includes a sandwich, you will be able to choose what you want on it at registration, and we will prepare it for you by lunch time.
We would like to ask you to buy drinks at the venue, because it supports the club.

Format
We will follow the rules for Steamroller 2023:
* Prime 75 points, 100 points can be played if both players agree
* second list optional
* no painting requirement
* 1h Deathclock per player, regardless of point value
* that scenarios will be pre-determined per table, to speed up the time between rounds

Army lists
Attendants must bring their own army lists. Lists must adhere to the normal Steamroller rules.

Payment
Prepayment is not required, but is available. Contact me to get the info.

If you can't make it, please let me know, so I can estimate how many tables will be needed.
