8h30 - 9h00 : Accueil des joueurs
9h00 - 12h00 : Ronde 1
12h00 - 12h30 : Pause
12h30 - 15h30 : Ronde 2
15h30 - 15h45 : Pause
15h45 - 18h45 : Ronde 3
19h : Remise des résultats et des lots

Le paiement de 15 EUR se fera par virement bancaire,il comprend l'inscription ainsi qu'une boisson et un sandwich sur place.

Dotation:
Il y a un lot pour les 3 premiers joueurs ainsi qu'un prix peinture.

Le prix peinture sera attribué par les joueurs, par vote, sur base d'une sélection des trois plus belles armées complètement peintes présentes au tournoi.

Points:
Il est possible de remporter 20 points par partie ainsi que 10 points bonus pour un total de 70 points maximum.

Répartition des points bonus :
- Liste rendue dans le délais (avant le 25/05/2018 MINUIT ) et correcte au premier envoi - 3pts
- Avoir son livre d'armée au format papier - 1pts
- Avoir le livre de règle au moins au format digital - 1pts
- Paiement en avance par virement- 2pts
- Résultat de la partie 1 rendu avant 12h00 avec au moins 4 tours effectués - 1pts
- Résultat de la partie 2 rendu avant 15h30 avec au moins 4 tours effectués - 1pts
- Résultat de la partie 3 rendu avant 18h45 avec au moins 4 tours effectués - 1pts

Awards: the first 3 players at the top of the final ranking will received an award.

The Best Painted army will be decided by the players taking part to the tournament, amongst 3 armies selected by the tournament organizers amongst all fully painted armies.

Points: Each game will have a value of 20 points and another 10 points for bonus are available for a grand total of 70 points max.

- army list sent on due date (before 25/05/2018 MIDNIGHTT ) AND without any mistakes - 3pts
- bringing your own Army Book in printed format - 1pts
- bringing your own Rules Book at least in digital format - 1pts
- Prior payement via bank deposit - 2pts
- results of game 1 handed over before 12h00 with at least 4 turns played by each player - 1pts
- results of game 2 handed over before 15h30 with at least 4 turns played by each player - 1pts
- results of game 3 handed over before 18h45 with at least 4 turns played by each player - 1pts
