Listes d’armées
Les listes et les paiements sont à remettre avant le 15 Septembre 2018 pour bénéficier des points bonus !

Les listes devront être envoyées à l'adresse suivante 40kdebene@gmail.com au format ETC/ALN en précisant :
- Nom
- Prénom
- Club
- Armée et sous faction (ex. : Ultramarines, Alaitoc ou Kraken…)
- Seigneurs de guerre (pour le tout le tournoi)
- La ou les reliques choisies (pour tout le tournoi)
- Points de Commandement total et restant (si utilisation pour des reliques ou une deuxième doublette)
- Les différents détachements utilisés
Les traits de seigneurs de guerre et les pouvoirs psychiques sont choisis au début de chaque partie.

Paiement
15€ de frais de participation par personne comprennent la participation au tournoi, le sandwich de la pause repas et une boisson gratuite.
Les informations pour le paiement sont incluses au mail de confirmation d’inscription T ³.
En cas de désistements de dernière minute (le jour même ou la veille), l'organisation se réserve le droit de retenir la somme versée.

Une boisson gratuite et un sandwich (grande baguette) à communiquer avec la liste d’armée par mail.

Récompenses
Des lots seront remis aux 12 premiers du classement général (si moins de 40 participants, ce sera le premier tiers qui recevra un lot).
Nous aurons également 3 prix de peinture à décerner :
- 2 pour les plus belles armées (peinture générale, détails, conversions, soclage, effet cinématique, etc.)
- 1 pour l’effet « wahoo » sur une figurine ou une escouade

Army lists
Lists and payments must be submitted before September 15, 2018 to receive bonus points!

The lists should be sent to the following address 40kdebene@gmail.com in ETC / ALN format, specifying:
- Last name
- First name
- Club
- Army and faction (eg Ultramarines, Alaitoc or Kraken ...)
- Warlord (for the whole tournament)
- The chosen relic(s) (for the entire tournament)
- Total and remaining Command Points (if used for relics or a second double)
- The different detachments used
Warlord traits and psychic powers are chosen at the beginning of each game.

Payment
A 15 € participation fee per person includes participation in the tournament, sandwich of the meal break and a free drink.
The information for payment is included in the confirmation e-mail from T ³.
In case of last-minute cancellations (the same day or the day before), the organization reserves the right to retain the amount paid.

Lunch
A free drink and a sandwich (large baguette) to communicate with the army list by mail.

Rewards
Prizes will be awarded to the first 12 of the overall ranking (if less than 40 participants, it will be the first third who will receive a prize).
We will also have 3 painting prizes to be awarded:
- 2 for the most beautiful armies (general painting, details, conversions, basing, cinematic effect, etc.)
- 1 for the "wahoo" effect on a model or squad
