Payment info for the tournament fee will be sent via email when you sign up.

We talked to a local hotel where you can get cheaper accomodation when you name the code "Warhammer", which you can find here:

Release-cutoff: 15th February 2024 at 23:59.
Army list submission deadline: 17th February 2024 at 23:59

Timely submission of tournament fees and army lists, as well as correct army lists, will be awarded with additional secondary points.

General Tournament Rules

The tournament will be played with 2000 point armies over 5 rounds of 3 hours, according to the rules of the General’s Handbook 2023-24. Only battletomes and other books that received at least one rules-FAQ before the release-cutoff date are permitted. We will also be using the rulings of the AoS Rules Panel FAQ for any otherwise unclear rules (https://www.aosfaq.com/rulings.html). The realm rules for the Region of War: Andtor, the Bitter Land will be used and armies of renown are allowed.

The models in your army are not required to be fully painted. However, players can receive additional secondary points depending on how many models in their army are painted, as described in the event pack. Chess clocks can be used if at least one of the two players wants to use one.

Day 1:
● 8:00 – 9:00: Doors open & Registration
● 9:00 – 9:15: Greeting
● 9:15 – 12:15: Round 1 (Every Step is Forward)
● 12:15 – 13:15: Lunch Break
● 13:15 – 16:15: Round 2 (The Icefields)
● 16:15 – 16:45: Break
● 16:45 – 19:45: Round 3 (No Reward Without Risk)

Day 2:
● 8:00 – 9:00: Doors Open
● 9:00 – 9:15: Greeting
● 9:15 – 12:15: Round 4 (Nexus Collapse)
● 12:15 – 13:15: Lunch Break
● 13:15 – 16:15: Round 5 (Power Flux)
● 16:45: Award Ceremony
