18th Conflict XWING - Informationen und Regeln

SQUADBUILDING:
200pts Squads in Extended game mode, all released content by FFG is allowed.

!IMPORTANT!
With so many awesome ships to choose from, we believe greater diversity in squadbuilds leads to much more fun in X-Wing.
Therefore, we’re introducing a new Tie-Breaker: Originality Points (OP)
When your squad is the only squad in the tournament that contains a certain ship type (e.g. T-65 X-wing, Jumpmaster 5000, …), you are flying a unique ship type.

Squads containing:
1 unique ship type(s) -> 1* OP
2 unique ship type(s) -> 2 OP
3 or more unique ship type(s) -> 3 OP
*IF your squad is entirely made up of 1 ship type (e.g. Tie-swarm), and this ship type is unique, you will receive 2 OP.

Example:
Jake is flying Boba Fett in his Firespray Patrol Craft alongside two Skull Pilots in a Fang Fighter. No one else has a Fang Fighter in his squad, but Mark is flying Kath Scarlet in a Firespray PC.
Jake receives 1 OP for his squad list since his Fang Fighters are a unique ship type for this tournament.

As compensation, you are free to use the printed version of any cards you don't already own!

Originality Points and Ranking
At the end of each round, the winner gets one Tournament Point (TP). After four rounds, the player with the most TP’s is declared the winner of the tournament.

However, many players will end up with the same amount of TP.
To break these ties, we will apply the following Tie-Breakers in this given order:
1. Player with most Originality Points of the tied players is ranked higher
2. Player with highest Margin of Victory of the tied players is ranked higher
3. Player with highest Strength of Schedule of the tied players is ranked higher

18:00 Award Ceremony

PRACTICAL:
Players must send their squadlist, built with the official FantasyFlightGames App to xwing@conectr-team.be

To participate in the event, each player is required to pay €15 in advance.
This fee provides you a place in the tournament and a lunch to fill your stomach.
Upon arrival and registration at the event, you will receive a meal voucher.

This fee will serve as a pre-inscription.
You can also pay the day of the event itself, the admission fee at the door will be €17 including the meal.

A marked and approved copy of each participant’s squadlist will be present.
Please try to have a printed copy for yourself as well!

You are only sure of your place if you pay in timely fashion and send in your army list. In case of questions or in case of problems the day itself (traffic, car issues, ...), you can always call (0032)479 871 171 (Maarten Vanwesemael-Team Conect’r vzw responsible).

As mentioned, lunch is included in the entrance fee. We will be serving a wide selection of beverages and in the kitchen hot dogs, soup, pies and sandwiches with cheese or ham or on the menu. Please don't be a cheapskate and bring your own things.
If you require a gluten-free diet or anything specific feel free to warn us and bring your own essentials.
