Operation Brushwood - Information and Rules

Rules: Flames Of War V2
Period: Mid-war from 8th november 1942 to 12th may 1943
Scale: 15mm
Scoring: Standard FFJH (30 pts General, 15 pts Fair-play, 15 pts Army)
Structure: 5 games in 3 hours : 3 on Thursday 05/08/2008, 2 on Friday 05/09/2008.
Axis's player cannot encouter another Axis's player. Same for Allies.
Game: single player (two players may play together but only one will be rewarded)
Autorised Book : Afrika from 8th November 1942 to 12th May 1943 plus special list (see below)
Budget: fully painted 1500 points
Terrain sizing: 120x180m
Terrain: Terrain will be set by umpire
Umpire: Jean-Marc Aubert
Awards: First, Second, Third places, Best Historical Army and Most Sporting Player will be rewarded.
Missions: All tables will be preset by umpire to represent real battle with a specific mission from November the 8, 1942 (Allied landing in Africa) to the Axis's surrender May the 12, 1943.
Tables will be assigned randomly throughout the tournament. (Les joueurs s’affronteront sur des tables représentant des épisodes du front africain du 8 novembre 1942 (débarquement Allié en Afrique) jusqu’à la reddition des troupes de l’Axe le 12 mai 1943. Les scénarios joués seront dépendants de la table sur lesquelles les joueurs s'affronteront. Le choix des tables sera attribué aléatoirement tout au long du tournoi. )
How many places:12 and provinding that there is no more Axis players than Allied ones.
