Xhammer X-Wing Open - Informations et règlement

Xhammer is proud to announce the first Xhammer X-Wing Open Tournament !

Details of the Tournament:

When :

Format :
- 32 players
- 4 Swiss Rounds Tournament followed by a Top 4
- 100pt squads
- All the latest rules from FFG apply including the latest FAQ and Tournament Rules at the time of the tournament.
- All X-Wing expansions that are released before the tournament date are valid.
- Players are expected to bring with them all materials they will need for the game, including squadron, dice, manoeuvre dials, manoeuvre templates, asteroids, tokens and damage card deck.

Round 1 :10:00 - 11:15
Round 2 :11:30 - 12:45
Lunch :12:45 - 13:45
Round 3 : 13:45 - 15:00
Round 4 : 15:15 - 16:30
Prizes 32 - 5 : 16:45 - 17:00
Semi Finals : 17:15 - 18:30
Final : 18:45 - 20:00
Prizes 4 - 1 :20:15 - 20:30

Entry fee :
10 €

Registrations :
Only via T3 website.
Please send us your squad list before 04/02/2017 as a valid URL to an online Squadron builder such as http://xwing-builder.co.uk/build). Lists must be sent to "A-Poc" or "Nehekharan" via T3 (clicking on the organisers name to contact him).
Non-compliance with these instructions will result in an invalid registration: (i) the player will first be relegated at the bottom of the waiting list, (ii) if the player still has a valid place at the tournament, the first game will be counted as a loss.

Registration on the day:
You must have completed your registration on the premises before 09.45am. Failure to do so will result in your first game to be counted as a loss.

Prizes:
Prize support consists of 2 FFG Spring Kits 2017, so everyone walks home with at least an alternate art card.
On top of that if enough players register extra prizes will be offered for Top 4 players.

Lunch (sandwiches) can be ordered on the day itself but you can already take a look here: http://www.dujoo.be/index.html for those who suffer from decidophobia :)
You are also free to bring something yourself.
Drinks are available @ democratic prices.
