In order to make a booking, you have to pay a ticket of EUR 80 (excluding lunch) for the whole team . Please indicate “tournoi T9a [team name]” when paying. Please send us a short email once the transfer is complete.

If the lists are not send until 16 October 2021, the place is lost and not refundable.
Asklanders, Cultists, Hobgoblin and Makhar books can be used.

Specific measures due to Covid19 outbreak
According to the sanitary measures requested by the government and to be in conformity with those which will be in force at the time of the tournament, we have to apply the CovidCheck regime to our event. Under this regime, participants must either be:
- vaccinated,
- recovered or
- certified negative tested

Please note that rapid antigen tests must be certified to be valid and and less than 72 hours old.


If you cannot present your sanitary pass on the day of the tournament, no refund of the registration fee will be made and you will be refused access to the venue.

2) Each player will have to bring his own equipment (ruler, dices, token etc…). Players undertake not to borrow other players' equipment without their agreement.

Any player refusing to follow the above rules may be excluded from the tournament.

Pairing Sequence
1. Both team captains select one army from their respective team to put forward and place the card for this army face down.
2. Once both teams have selected an army, turn over the cards to reveal which armies are chosen.
3. Both team captains select two armies to play against the army revealed by the opposing team in step 1. This choice should be fairly easy, because both team captains should have only one card remaining in their hands (started with 4, placed 1, and offered 2);
4. Each team captain simultaneously chooses which one of the opponent’s 2 revealed armies in step 3.2 they want to face their initially placed army (matchups 2 and 3). The other army revealed by the opponent and not chosen will face the one card left on the team’s hand.
5. Once all pairings are done, randomize which game is played on what table.
