Battering Rams Samichlaus Battle - Informacje i Zasady

Regeln:
Gespielt wird mit den aktuellen gültigen The-ninth-Age Regeln und Armeebüchern von: https://the-ninth-age.com/download/fantasy-battles/
Gibt es für eine/mehrere Armeen oder für das Regelbuch/Arcane Compendium ein Update, so ist die Version welche am 01.12.2021 für alle zugänglich ist, die fürs Turnier gültige.

Die veröffentlichten "Supplements" (Asklanders, Makhar, Cultists, Hobgoblins) sind erlaubt. Das "Giants of the 9th Age" Zusatzbuch ist jedoch nicht zugelassen.

Gespielt werden mit 3000 Punkten, dh. die "Warband" Regeln bezüglich Armeelisten Erstellung tritt in Kraft. Desweiteren spielen wir mit den dafür vorgesehenen "Flux-Cards", welche für die Bestimmung der Magiewürfel und Tokens relevant sind. Die Orga wird für alle Spieler ein entsprechendes Set vor Ort haben. Die Spielfeldgrösse bleibt bei der üblichen Grösse für 4500 Punkte.

Die Armeeliste muss bis zum 01.12.2021 an krisleibundgut@hotmail.com in leserlichen Format (wenn möglich in englisch) gemailed werden. Wer nicht innerhalb von 2 Tagen eine Rückmeldung erhält, dass die Liste in Ordnung/Korrekt ist, sendet sie bitte erneut.

Alle Armeelisten werden in Bookletformat am Turniertag an die Teilnehmer verteilt, für das Mitbringen des Armeebuchs ist jeder Spieler selbstverantwortlich, wie auch für allfälliges Zusatzmaterial wie Magiekarten, Würfel, Massband etc.

Beachtet bitte, dass es vor Ort kein W-Lan Netz gibt und die Steckdosen begrenzt sind, falls jemand sein Armeebuch/allfällige notwendige Regeln nur auf dem Smartphone/Tablet/Laptop etc. dabei hat.

Infos zum Turnier / Location
Das Turnier findet auf dem Areal von Ruh Kaffeemaschinen statt, wo sich unser Battering Rams Vereins Lokal befindet. Die Location ist in ca. 10 min Geh-Distanz zum Bahnhof Thayngen. Bei Bedarf wird ein Shuttleservice vom Bahnhof aus angeboten. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist, kontaktiert bitte im voraus die Orga, damit wegen den Parkplätzen geschaut werden kann. Sanitäre Einrichtungen hat es vor Ort.

Corona-Regeln
Das Turnier findet innen drin statt. Aufgrund der steigenden Zahlen empfiehlt die Orga eine Maske zu tragen (Empfehlung) und die Würfel/Spielmaterial des Gegners nicht anzufassen. Desinfektionsmittel wird es genügend vor Ort haben. Zur Sicherheit werden Email und Handynummer aller Teilnehmer für 2 Wochen gespeichert. Wer Krankheitssymptome aufweist, bleibt bitte zuhaus.

Verpflegung:
Getränke (alkoholische und nicht alkoholische) hat es vor Ort zu kaufen für CHF 2.50 / Euro 2.50
Mittagessen kann entweder selber mitgebracht werden, auf eigene Organisation bestellt werden, oder über das Restaurant des angrenzenden Bowling Centers bezogen werden: https://www.bowlingfive.ch/#willkommen

Rules:
We will play with the "the-ninth-age" rules and armybooks available on: https://the-ninth-age.com/download/fantasy-battles/
In case there will be any kind of update, it will be considered if it was released up to the 01.12.2021. Updates after the 01.12. will not be considered for the tournament.

Also the available "Supplements" (Asklanders, Makhar, Cultists, Hobgoblins.) are allowed. Only the Giant supplement is not allowed.

We play with 3000 points, which means the "Warband" restriction regarding the building of an armylist takes effect. For the magic phase, we will use the special created "flux-cards" from T9A for Warband games. The ORGA will prepare a set for every player. We will play on normal sized boards. The armylist must be sent up to the 01.12.2021 to krisleibundgut@hotmail.com, in either English or German language and in an easily readable version. If you do not get anykind of feedback after two days, please send the list again.

All armylists will be printed as little booklet and handed out to all participants. Every player is responsible on his own to bring his armybook and additional gamingmaterial like magiccards, dice, messurementtape etc.

Please note, that we do not have a W-Lan at the tournament location and only limited wall sockets, in case you want to bring your rules/additional stuff on your mobile or other electronic gadgets.

Location:
The tournament is held at the areal of the company "Ruh Kaffeemaschinen", where we have an official Battering Rams clubroom. The location is around 10min by foot away from the train station "Thayngen". If needed there will be a shuttleservice from the train station to the tournament location. If you want to come by car, please contact the ORGA first, so that we can check with the parking, since there are only a few parkings directly at the location itself. Sanitary fittings are available at the location.

Corona-Rules:
The tournament will be held inside. Based on the raising corona numbers, we suggest you to play with the regular masks, which you also need to enter a shop. Please do not touch the dice/gamingmaterial from your opponent. Sanitizer will be available at the location. For safety reasons the Orga will note down a mobile and email address of each participant and safe them for 2 weeks. Who's not feeling well, stays at home.

Drinks and Food:
There will be (beer and softdrinks) drinks to buy for CHF 2.50 or Euro 2.50.
