Sending a correct application until 17.02.2011 gives you 5 extra points that count towards to the total points you can score.


We are going to play on 72" - 48" tables and we'll be using Euro table maps and terrains.

penalty Points:
If your battle is longer over 10 minutes – each player is punished with one penalty point. For each next five minutes of delay each player gets further two penalty points. You can also be punished by worst play minus points for cheating, or playing on time.

Basilisks
Basilisks are something unique for Polish Warhammer players, and are only used on this tournament. Basilisk are humorist representation of most popular Polish Warhammer players. This is your choice if you want to use them, but your opponents may still use them even if you don’t. We set special rules for them, to make them attractive choice, and to make them even funnier. Basilisks are yet a tradition on Basilisk Tournament, so even though we are playing on Euro Rules Pack we can not just leave them in the past.

Basilisks basic rules:
1. Each player may choose one Basilisk, which will be part of his army during the tournament.
2.Basilisk is one for all five battles, and must be pointed out in roster and tournament application.
3. If you want to take a Basilisk, you have to have a painted appropriate model that will represent it.
4. Basilisks are worth 100 or one break point.
5. Basilisks are treated in all manner as heroes, and are deployed with them.
6. Basilisks can’t join units
7. Basilisks don’t have rules of models they imitate, except for that rules that are already in their description.
8. Basilisks can be target of spells and lore attributes.
9. Basilisks can’t be army generals.

Special Rulz:
Always Strike First
Silesian Champion - JanusJanus can challenge any hero or regular model in unit he is fighting with, that challenge can not be refused. JanusJanus can’t challenge or be challenge by heroes or champions.
U can't touch this! – choose one wizard on the table, that wizzard can’t get IF and he is immune to miscasts. This effect ends is JanusJanus is dead.
Deadstar – at the end of the last turn of JanusJanus controlling player, resolve a 5-6 effect of miscast over the model of JanusJanus, this effect can’t be avoided or modificated by any means. This can cause panic.

LittleBedluck

XIII grapeshots - LittleBedluck carries cannon with 13" maximum guess range, move or fire, on misfire he gets one wound with no armour save. In each of his shooting phases LittleBedluck has 360 degrees line of sight.

You Shit – Mr. Blue can’t be killed during battle.
I’m gettin’ wicker – exception from „you shit” rule, Mr. Blue looses one wound at the end of each combat phases that he is in
Drugs Drugs! – Mr. Blue can not by affected by any magic or special rules by enemy or you
Bounce - Mr. Blue just wants to say „Hi”, one model in BtB with Mr. Blue is autohit with S1 each combat phase, no armour save.

Dark

Gambler -Dark can be placed as a dwarf miner.
StrategicAxe - Warpstone steam drill, works just like a regular steam drill (re-roll, +3s) in additon it grands the owner 5+ ward save
Glue My Face- The enemy can select one hero, if Dark kills him In combat he gets +2a +1s bonus till the end of the game.

Żarlee and Kulus are mounted on wolves, they are treated as a unit of fast cavalery.
Wolves use this profile:

Special Rulz:
Fear, Fast Cavalry, Immune to Psychology
There will be nothing- Kulus after each round of fight can make a s3 thunderstomp attack which works on every type of unit.
Flail Of The East - Flail, with Bound Spell: Wind Blast (Heaven) Plvl:5. You cannot cast the extended version of the spell
Face Moscow! - If during the game count Żarlee or his joyal ghul Kulus reach the opponent (1'' apart) table edge they will score additional 75vp.


No prox and fully painted army is a demand on Basilisk Tournament.
Each prox or unpainted model will be removed from table, even if you do not want to be classified for best hobbyst. If models previously removed from table, will be seen on table in the following battles, the competitor will be removed from tournament.

Painting:
Painting counts only for the Best Hobbyst competition, if you don’t want to compete, you can pass reading this one. But if you want to compete you can get points for:
Quality of painting
0 – Ugly!
1 – Army properly painted with 3 or 4 colours.
2 - Proper table top (weak drybrush, weak traditional painting)
4 – Nice army (good drybrush, good traditional painting)

Army consistency
0 – no consistency
1 – rather consistent army but some models look different
3 - army is fully consistent, there is one painting style on all models, army has one style of bases and movement trays, units look like one army

Models bases and movement trays
1 – units have movement trays
2 - trays are modeled
+1 – models have painted and modeled bases

WYSWYG (what you see, what you get)

0- No wyswyg.
1 - full wyswyg on heroes, and almost full on units (some models in units have other weapons)
2 - full wyswyg on units and heroes

Places to sleep:
There is a free sleeping place in classrooms in nearby school, all you need is matrace and sleeping-bag. There is also a very nice hostel about 500m from a tournament.
3. You need to wear a sport shoes or sneekers, where the tournament is held.
