Xhammer X-Wing Open 2025 (XWA Squadron Championship) - Information and Rules

Xhammer is proud to announce the 5th Xhammer X-Wing Open Tournament !

The only X-Wing tournament in Belgium that matters !
With XWA Squadron Championship prize support.

**UPDATE:** XWA and the Belgian Customs Department let us down unfortunately: the prize support kit from XWA had major delays and when it was finally shipped is was too late. At the moment it is still being held by Belian Customs so the prizes will not be on time for XXO :sob:

Format :
- X-Wing
- XWA R2
- 4 Swiss Rounds Tournament
- When more than 16 players: a final between #1 & #2
- All the latest rules from XWA apply: https://www.xwing.life/resources
- Players are expected to bring with them all materials they will need for the game, including squadron, dice, manoeuvre dials, manoeuvre templates, asteroids, tokens and damage card deck.
- Also bring a squad list from http://yasb.app in English with full card text !
- Pilot & upgrade cards are not needed, a print-out of your list in English with full card text is good.

Timetable :
Doors & Registration: 9:00 – 9:45
Round 1: 10:00 - 11:15 (Mission: Assault at the Satellite Array)
Round 2: 11:30 - 12:45 (Mission: Scramble the Transmissions)
Lunch: 12:45 - 13:30
Round 3: 13:30 - 14:45 (Mission: Salvage Mission)
Round 4: 15:00 - 16:15 (Mission: Chance Engagement)

Prizes: 16:30 - 16:45

When more than 16 players:
Final: 17:00 - 18:15 (Random Mission)
Prizes top 2: 18:15 - 18:30

Entry fee :
12 € to be deposited beforehand at: BE63 9734 2274 2808 mentioning X-Wing Open and your name.
When you don't pay the entry fee beforehand, participating will cost 15€ on the 14th

Registrations :
Only via T3 website.
You will also need a Longshanks account which we will use to run the tournament: https://longshanks.org/event/25720/

Registration on the day:
You must have completed your registration on the premises before 09.45am. Failure to do so will result in your first game to be counted as a loss.

Drinks must be ordered locally (@ democratic prices.)
