| 2025-02-01 10:32 English (German below) Dear All, it's only two more weeks till the tourney! We are just as excited as you are. I have some more info now that the tourney is close at hand. FOOD: We will provide lunch on both Saturday and Sunday included in your attendance fee. In case someone is allergic or has certain dietary needs, let me know. There is always a vegetarian option, also there will be a salad bar. Food options in the area around the venue are sparse (car needed). Here is what will be served: Saturday - Beef patty with mashed potatoes, peas, and root vegetables. Alternatively: Vegetable patty. Sunday - Pasta bar with at least 4 different sauces/pesto and grilled vegetables. We will have drinks (non-alcoholic) and snacks available as well throughout the tourney. LISTLOCK AND STATS: Listlock on Friday, 14th of February, 2025 10 pm. Please enter your faction and your two lists as soon as possible. I will check lists before that date and make sure everything is in order. It will greatly facilitate things for me, if everyone has entered their lists by Wednesday before the tourney. Also: We will create name badges that include your faction. Please fill out Stats as soon as possible with your correct faction, so we don't have false badges! The Brotherhood is now in Warcouncil and Stats, so no need to work around it. Please provide printed copies of your lists in double version (one for tourney organizers and one for your opponent). WAITING LIST and cancelling your participation As always with a big tournament, we have had cancellations. Until now we were always able to guarantee a refund of your participation fee, but as of 1st of February, we have fixed costs. So a refund can only be given, if we find a paying replacement. We have some substitutes that will fill in last minute cancellations, but since they do not pay, they don't count as replacements, obviously. Wir sind genauso aufgeregt wie ihr. Da das Turnier nun näher rückt, habe ich noch ein paar weitere Infos für euch. **ESSEN:** Wir stellen an beiden Tagen, Samstag und Sonntag, ein Mittagessen zur Verfügung, das in der Teilnahmegebühr enthalten ist. Falls jemand Allergien hat oder spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse bestehen, lasst es mich bitte wissen. Es gibt immer eine vegetarische Option, außerdem wird es eine Salatbar geben. Die Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung des Veranstaltungsortes sind begrenzt (Auto benötigt). Hier ist, was serviert wird: **Samstag** – Rindfleischfrikadelle mit Kartoffelpüree, Erbsen und Wurzelgemüse. Alternativ: Gemüsefrikadelle. **Sonntag** – Pastabar mit mindestens vier verschiedenen Soßen/Pesto und gegrilltem Gemüse. Während des Turniers wird es außerdem alkoholfreie Getränke und Snacks geben. **LISTLOCK UND STATS:** **Listlock am Freitag, den 14. Februar 2025, um 22:00 Uhr.** Bitte tragt eure Fraktion und eure zwei Listen so bald wie möglich ein. Ich werde die Listen vor diesem Datum prüfen und sicherstellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Es erleichtert mir die Organisation erheblich, wenn alle ihre Listen bis Mittwoch vor dem Turnier eingetragen haben. Außerdem: **Wir werden Namensschilder mit eurer Fraktion erstellen. Bitte füllt die Stats so schnell wie möglich mit der korrekten Fraktion aus, damit wir keine falschen Namensschilder haben!** The Brotherhood ist nun in Warcouncil und Stats, ihr müsst also keine Umwege mehr dafür finden. **Bitte bringt eure Listen in zweifacher Ausführung als Ausdruck mit (eine für die Turnierorganisatoren und eine für euren Gegner).** **WARTELISTE und Rücktritt von der Teilnahme:** Wie immer bei großen Turnieren gab es einige Absagen. Bisher konnten wir die Teilnahmegebühr immer zurückerstatten, doch ab dem 1. Februar haben wir feste Kosten. Daher **kann eine Erstattung nur erfolgen, wenn wir einen zahlenden Ersatz finden**.
