Update: We are finalizing the rulespack and expect to have it ready September 1st. It will include PayPal payment info. The first 40 signees will have 2 weeks starting september 1st to transfer the registration fee and be sure of their spot. After 2 weeks, players on the reserve list will get a chance to transfer the registration fee and pick up a spot on a first come first served basis.
