*******Turnierrahmen*******
- Es werden 2000 Punkte gespielt.
- Es werden 3 Spiele gespielt
- Das Turnier basiert auf den aktuellen Regeln von Para Bellum Wargames.
- Die Dauer pro Runde beträgt 2,5 Stunden.
- Zugelassen sind alle Modelle, die bis zur Listenabgabe offiziell erschienen sind.
- Schweizer System


*******Miniaturen*******
- Es gibt keine Bemalpflicht.
- Die Einheiten müssen aber jederzeit ohne Schwierigkeiten unterscheidbar und den Karten zuordenbar sein.
- Es darf jeweils 1 Slot jedes Infantrie-Stands auch mit „Füllern“ besetzt werden anstatt mit Figuren
- Retinues, Officers und Command Models müssen nicht zwingend mit den passenden Modellen dargestellt werden.


*******Turnierlisten und Abgabe*******
- Schickt uns bitte bis 1 Woche vor Turnierstart eure Listen. Abgabe bis Samstag eine Woche vor dem Turnier 21:00 Uhr.
- Bitte schickt uns eure Listen per E-Mail an: turnier.orga@drunken-dwarfs-duisburg.de
- Die Armeeliste sollte über Para Bellums Armybuilder erstellt werden.

- Bei Regelfragen halten wir uns an aktuellsten Regeln von Para Bellum.
- Bei Unklarheiten und Streitfragen gilt folgende Reihenfolge zur Klärung:

*******Startgeld*******
Das Startgeld in Höhe von 25 € je Spieler bitte folgendermaßen überweisen:
Verwendungszweck:

Turniername + T3 Nickname + Para Bellum Pin

Die Bankverbindung teilen wir euch in der automatischen Anmeldebestätigung mit. Sollte es Probleme mit der Anmeldung geben, dann meldet euch bitte bei uns.

Als Alternative kann das Startgeld auch per PayPal überwiesen werden -> paypal@drunken-dwarfs-duisburg.de

Das Startgeld ist bis eine Woche vor Turnierstart zu überweisen, erst dann hat der Spieler einen festen Startplatz.

Bei einer Absage bis eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn erstatten wir das Startgeld in voller Höhe zurück. Bei einer späteren Absage oder nicht Erscheinen ist dies leider nicht mehr möglich.

Sollte ein Spieler seinen Startplatz tauschen wollen, so ist dies jederzeit möglich. Wir bitten aber um eine rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung.

Da wir nicht jeden Tag unsere Kontobewegungen überwachen, bitten wir um eine kurze Rückmeldung.


*******Verpflegung*******
Für 15 Euro kann eine Flatrate erworben werden:

- Cola
- Kaffee
- Brötchen
- Mittagessen
- Kuchen

Getränke, Brötchen und Kuchen können auch separat erworben werden.
Die Anmeldung muss im Vorfeld durchgeführt werden. Nachmeldungen können nur in begrenzter Anzahl angenommen werden

- Pokale für die besten 3 Spieler + Best Painted

*******Tournament*******

The tournament will be played with 2000 points.
There will be 3 games.
The tournament is based on the current rules from Para Bellum Wargames.
Each round will last 2.5 hours.
All models officially released by the list submission deadline are allowed.
Swiss System format.


*******Miniatures*******
There is no painting requirement.
Units must be distinguishable and clearly match their cards at all times.
Each Infantry Stand can have one slot filled with “fillers” instead of figures.
Retinues, Officers, and Command Models do not need to be represented by the exact matching models.


*******Tournament Lists and Submission*******
Please send us your lists no later than one week before the tournament. Submission deadline is Saturday, one week before the tournament, by 9:00 p.m.

The army list should be created using Para Bellum’s Army Builder.


*******Rules Questions and Disputes*******
For rules questions, we will follow the latest rules from Para Bellum.
In case of ambiguities or disputes, the following order applies for resolution: Organizers > Tournament Rules > Core Rules.


*******Entry Fee*******
The entry fee of €25 per player should be paid as follows: Purpose:

Tournament Name + T3 Nickname + Para Bellum Pin

The bank details will be provided in the automatic registration confirmation. If you have any issues with registration, please contact us.

Alternatively, the entry fee can be paid via PayPal -> paypal@drunken-dwarfs-duisburg.de

The entry fee must be paid one week before the tournament to secure a spot.

If a cancellation is made up to one week before the tournament, we will refund the full entry fee. Unfortunately, later cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded.

If a player wishes to transfer their spot, this is possible at any time. However, please inform us in a timely manner.

Since we do not check our bank transactions daily, we kindly ask for a brief confirmation once payment is made.


*******Catering*******
For €15, a flat-rate option is available that includes:

Cola
Coffee
Bread Rolls
Lunch
Cake

Drinks, rolls, and cake can also be purchased individually. Registration for the flat-rate must be made in advance. Only a limited number of late registrations can be accepted.

Please let us know if you are interested in the flat-rate option.
