I - PRÉSENTATION DU TOURNOI:

*** Inscriptions:

La participation est fixée à 10€ (15€ le jour du tournoi, uniquement en espèces) et comprend la participation au tournoi (frais d'achat des lots et prix de participation).
Pour la restauration, un buffet vous est proposé pour 10€ : il faut réserver sa place à minima 1 semaine avant le tournoi pour des questions d'approvisionnement => écrire à Gundrek).
Bien évidement, vous pouvez amener votre propre repas.
Un bar payant avec des boissons est ouvert pour l’ensemble de la journée.

Le tournoi est prévu pour 40 joueurs.
Merci de vous pré-inscrire afin que nous puissions prévoir les tables, les maps et les lots en conséquence.

*** déroulement du tournoi:

Il se déroulera en 4 parties en ronde suisse.
à partir de 09h00 : accueil des joueurs
09h45 : limite des inscriptions (si tous les joueurs sont présents et inscrits, vous pourrons commencer plus tôt)
10h00 - 11h15 : 1ère partie
11H30 - 12h45 : 2e partie
repas
14h00 - 15h15 : 3e partie
15h30 - 16h45 : 4e partie
17h15 : remise des prix.



II - REGLEMENT DU TOURNOI

*** Règles et listes d’armées autorisées:

- toutes les règles sur : https://www.atomicmassgames.com/xwing-documents
- escadron à 20 points maximum, respectant les dernières mises à jour de points valides XWA (même si les points changent la veille du tournoi).
- les 4 scénarios seront joués et tirés au sort au moment du lancement de chaque ronde.

*** Matériel:

Ce que vous devez ramener pour le tournoi :
- tout le matériel officiel nécessaire pour jouer vos parties, y compris les dés ;)

I - PRESENTATION OF THE TOURNAMENT:

Parking: In front of and around the hall

Registrations: Participation is set at 10€ (15€ on the day of the tournament, only in cash) and includes participation in the tournament (prize purchase fees and participation prizes).
For catering, a buffet is offered for 10€: you must reserve your place at least 1 week before the tournament for supply reasons -> write to Gundrek about this).
Of course, you can bring your own meal.
A cash bar with drinks is open for the entire day.

The tournament is designed for 40 players. Please pre-register so that we can plan tables, maps and prizes accordingly.

Tournament schedule: It will take place in 4 games in the Swiss round.

from 09:00 am: player reception
09:45 am: registration deadline (if all players are registered and ready we can start earlier)
10:00 am - 11:15 am: 1st game
11:30 am - 12:45 pm: 2nd game
meal
2:00 pm - 3:15 pm: 3rd game
3:30 pm - 4:45 pm: 4th game
5:15 pm: Award ceremony.



II - TOURNAMENT RULES

Rules and lists of authorized armies:

- Squadron with a maximum of 20 points, respecting the latest valid XWA point updates (even if the points change the day before the tournament).
- All 4 scenarios will be played and drawn at random at the start of each round.

What you need to bring back for the tournament:
- All materials needed to play your games, including dice and a 33 cards damage deck ;)
