X-wing Brussels - Preparation Hyperspace Season - Information and Rules

Dear X-Wing Players,

R2T3 Team are happy to announce their X-Wing Wave II Championship Tournament.

Here are the details of the Tournament:

•When :
Sunday 24/02/2018 (Free Parking on Sundays)

•Where:
The tournament won’t be at OUTPOST BRUSSELS. It will be near the Outpost at Raphael’s office construction site.
Construction's site office
Rue des 12 apôtres (no number, unique building of the street)
1000 Brussels

•Doors :
10h00 / Start : 10h30

•Format :
20 players

This will be a 200pt or less X-Wing tournament following all standard X-Wing rules from FFG, including the latest FAQ and the 2019 tabulation's points.
We will play on MODE HYPERSPACE (not extended) to prepare the Hyperspace season. You have to select this mode on FFG squadbuilder.

The lists are to be sent to the following email : raffyduck79@hotmail.com in English via a PDF file using the official FFG squadbuilder (clicking 'share') by 19th February 2019. No URL link from the FFG squadbuilder please (some problems appear with the link).

The registration will be open the Monday 23/01/2019 at 4 pm.

It will be a 4 Swiss Rounds Tournament (no top).
Round 1: 10h30 – 11h45
Round 2: 12h05 – 13h20
Lunch Break
Round 3: 14h20 – 15h35
Round 4: 15h50 – 17h05
Prize’s ceremony : 17h30

•Fee & Prizing

- Fee: 10€ in advance or 12€ in cash at the event. Account : Raphael Cogneau BE17 7360 0531 1321.
- The entire entry fee per player will be redistributed in prizing.
- Prizing: kit Wave 2 championship + small seasonal kits, extras goodies.

•Food & Drinks

There will be drink with democratic price. You can bring your own food or there are some snacks near Brussels Central Station next to the event (Carrefour city, Quick, Panos,…).
