Dear international potentials!

Of course our tournament is not restricted to german speaking austrians. Therefore we created a file with all essential informations in english. Please forgive, if there are any errors/misspellings for I have not proofread it (it was enough work as it is ;) . Don’t hesitate to ask, if something is unclear.
