RHEIN - CON Warmachine / Hordes - Information and Rules

Nach dem Lützi´s Events dieses Jahr so gut ankam, werden wir es in 2020 einfach noch erweitern um die Bundesrepublik abzudecken. ;)
Fühlt euch also am ersten März-Wochenende (06.03.-08.03.20) nach Düsseldorf eingeladen, zu Warmachine, Guildball, Nerdtalk und was alles dazu gehört.
Wir haben eine Riesigen Raum mit hohen Decken und Frischluft Anbindung sowie Büffet für Frühstück und Mittagessen.
Wenn ihr nach dem 31.01.20 absagt, kann ich euch euer Geld nur dann erstatten, wenn mir selbst dadurch keine kosten entstehen. Die Lokation zB verlangt ab hier 50% des Buchungspreises als Ausgleich für gecancelte Zimmer und ich bin für Preise und alles drumherum bereits mit einem hohen Betrag in Vorkasse gegangen.

After Lützi's events got off to a great start this year, we'll just expand it in 2020 to cover the Federal Republic. ;)
So feel invited to Düsseldorf on the first weekend of March (06.03.-08.03.20), to Warmachine, Guildball, Nerdtalk and all that goes with it.
We have a huge room with high ceilings and fresh air connection as well as buffet for breakfast and lunch.
There are limited sleeping places, but there are many hotels near the airport.

If you cancel after the 31.01.20, I can only refund your money if I do not incur any costs myself. The location, for example, requires from here 50% of the booking price as compensation for canceled rooms and I have gone for prices and everything around it with a high amount in advance.
