X-wing Brussels Open Air Rondelle Cup - Information and Rules

Dear X-Wing Players,

R2T3 Team are happy to announce a new colaboration with the Restaurant « le Grenier d’Elvire » to host our Store Championship. If the weather is nice, the tournament will take place « open air » on the restaurant’s back garden !

Here are the details of the Tournament:

Sunday 9/08/2019 (Free Parking on Sundays)

Our new Cantina : Restaurant le Grenier d’Elvire
Chaussée de Boondael 339/A
1050 Ixelles

•Doors :
9h30 / Start : 10h00

•Format :
18 players

This will be a 200pt or less X-Wing tournament following all standard X-Wing rules from FFG, including the latest FAQ and points change.
MODE HYPERSPACE.

The lists are to be sent to the following email : raffyduck79@hotmail.com in English via a PDF file using the official FFG squadbuilder (clicking 'share') by 5th August 2020. No URL link from the FFG squadbuilder please (some problems appear with the link).

It will be a 4 Swiss Rounds + Top 4 Tournament.
Round 1: 10h00 – 11h15
Round 2: 11h45 – 13h00
Lunch Break
Round 3: 14h00 – 15h15
Round 4: 15h45 – 17h00
Prize’s ceremony : 17h30
Top 4 : 17h45 – 19h00
Final : 19h20

Bring your official FFG maps is possible please.

•Fee & Prizing

- Fee: 10€ in advance or 12€ in cash at the event. Account : Raphael Cogneau BE17 7360 0531 1321.
- The entire entry fee per player will be redistributed in prizing (Store champ 2020 kit + goodies).

•Food & Drinks

You can bring your own food, but softs drinks, beer and coffee will be available at the venue at a very democratic price, so don't bring your own please.
Fast food and shops are accessible nearby during the break (quartier Cimetiere d’Ixelles), but the restaurant kitchen will be CLOSED for the lunch. Light snacks will be proposed during the event.

The restaurant will open à 7pm, at wich point the usual prices of the menu will apply to drinks.

You are all more than welcome to stay and eat at Captain Renaud’s restaurant ????. A special discount of 10% on the bill will even be offered to Xwing players on that day (on food and drinks, except drinks with alcool). If possible try to place a reservation in advance via the facebook page, or during the tournament.
