A. Infos générales
Le tournoi est ouvert à toutes et à tous, les joueurs mineurs devront être accompagnés par un adulte (et seront sous sa responsabilité). Les visiteurs sont acceptés dans la limite de capacité de l’établissement recevant l’évènement.

Le tournoi se déroulera sur 2 jours (9 et 10 avril 2022). Les 4 parties du samedi permettront de détacher un Top 8 qui sera joué le dimanche sous forme d’éliminatoires. Le reste des joueurs continuera le tournoi sous forme de ronde suisse.
Les règles utilisées seront celles du Rules Reference Guide 2.0.2 et du Tournament Regulations Guide 2.0, ainsi que les erratas référencés sur le forum officiel d’AMG (https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/629-frequently-asked-questions/ et https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/630-rules-reference-corrections/ ). Sous réserve de changement de version d’ici le 29/03/2022.
Toutes les figurines FFG/AMG sorties jusque 11 jours avant le tournoi (soit le 29/03/2022) sont autorisées, ainsi qu’un maximum de 5 figurines proxies, dans la mesure du raisonnable en ce qui concerne leur dimension (qui doit être la plus proche possible du modèle original. N’hésitez pas à contacter l’orga pour valider). La peinture des figurines est obligatoire (c’est plus sympa pour tout le monde et ça fait de jolies photos :) . On demande pas du niveau concours, mais un niveau tabletop avec au moins 3 couleurs utilisées). Seuls les socles officiels FFG/AMG et socles acryliques transparents (au bon diamètre évidemment) sont autorisés.

B. Protocole sanitaire
MISE A JOUR 03/03/22: le pass vaccinal ne sera plus exigé pour le tournoi ! Ainsi que le port du masque.
La situation sanitaire va probablement évoluer d'ici là, mais nous appliquerons le protocole en vigueur à ce moment là. En l'état actuel, un pass sanitaire sera à présenter à votre arrivée pour pouvoir accéder au local (Pass vaccinal ou test PCR de moins de 24h négatif ou test antigénique positif attestant du rétablissement de la Covid-19, datant d'au moins 11 jours et de moins de 6 mois).
Le port du masque sera obligatoire dans l'ensemble du local et du gel hydroalcoolique sera mis à disposition.
Vous devrez tous venir avec vos propres dés/pions/gabarits/figurines/cartes originales (quelle que soit la langue), et il faudra éviter au maximum de toucher le matériel d'un autre joueur. Pensez aussi à ramener un exemplaire de votre liste d'armée (papier ou sur téléphone)

C. Liste d’armée
Armées en format standard (donc 800 points) sans restriction particulière, c'est-à-dire:

Attention certaines cartes ont été erratées avec des coûts en points modifiés. cf fin du livre de référence 2.0.2. La plupart des army builders ont été mis à jour avec ces changements.

La PAF comprend :
2 petits déjeuners (viennoiseries + boissons)
Repas du samedi midi et du dimanche midi
Dotations pour tous (boîtes de figs, goodies, impressions 3D).

D. Organisation des parties
Les parties durent 2h30, et seront chronométrées avec une chess clock (1h07 par joueur, et 15 minutes de temps mort). Au début de la partie les deux joueurs se mettent d’accord sur les règles de décors (un guide des décors sera à disposition à chaque table).
Les arbitres signaleront à 1h, 30min, et 10 minutes le temps restant à jouer. A partir des 10 minutes restantes il ne sera pas possible de commencer un tour supplémentaire et le tour en cours devra être terminé (avec un maximum de 15 minutes pour finir ce tour entamé).
A la fin de la partie, les joueurs comptent leurs points et déterminent le vainqueur (avec départage aux KP = total des points d’armée d’unités complètements détruites équipement compris, en cas d’égalité de Points de Victoire).
A la fin de chaque ronde les joueurs déclarent le résultat de la partie à un arbitre, qui rentrera ce résultat dans le logiciel en ligne TTO.

Le classement des joueurs se fait sous forme de rondes suisses, comme suit:
1. d’abord le Nombre de Victoires (le départage des égalités de PV aux KP)
2. MoV cumulée (ratio de votre nombre de PV/PV marqués par les 2 joueurs)
3. extMoV cumulée (MoV cumulée des adversaires que vous avez rencontrés)

English version:

A. General Info
The tournament is open to everyone, minors must be accompanied by an adult (and will be under the responsibility of said accompanying adult). Visitors are accepted within the capacity limit of the establishment hosting the event.

The tournament will take place over 2 days (April 9 and 10, 2022). The 4 games on Saturday will result in a Top 8 cut which will be played on Sunday in the form of single elimination rounds. The rest of the players will continue the tournament in swiss rounds.
The rules used will be those in the Rules Reference Guide 2.0.2 and the Tournament Regulations Guide 2.0, as well as the errata referenced on the official AMG forum (https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/629-frequently-asked- questions / and https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/630-rules-reference-corrections/). Subject to version change by 29/03/2022.
All FFG/AMG minis released up to 11 days before the tournament (i.e., 29/03/2022) are authorized, as well as a maximum of 5 proxy minis, as far as reasonable concerning their dimensions (which must be as close as possible to the original model. Don’t hesitate to contact the TO for approval). The painting of the miniatures is mandatory (it's nicer for everyone and it makes pretty pictures  . We don't ask for a contest level, but a tabletop level with at least 3 colors used). Only official FFG/AMG bases and transparent acrylic bases (with the correct diameter of course) are authorized.

B. Sanitary protocol
UPDATE 03/03/22: the vaccine pass is no longer mandatory. Neither the wearing of masks.
The sanitary situation will probably change by then, but we will apply the health protocol in place at that time. Under the protocol currently in place, you’ll have to present a sanitary pass on your arrival to be able to access the event (vaccine pass or negative PCR test of less than 24 hours or positive antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19 disease, dating from at least 11 days and less than 6 months).
Wearing a mask will be mandatory throughout the room and hydroalcoholic gel will be made available.
You should all come with your own dice/tokens/templates/miniatures/original cards (whatever the language), and you should avoid touching another player's stuff as much as possible. Also remember to bring a copy of your army list (paper or phone)

C. Army list
Armies in standard format (so 800 points) without any restriction, which means:
1-2 Commanders
0-2 Operative
3-6 Corps
0-3 Special units
0-3 Support
0-2 Heavy

Please note that some cards have been errata’d with modified point costs. See at the end of the reference guide 2.0.2. Most army builders have been updated with these changes.

D. Organization of the games:
We will apply the chess clock rules for all the duration of the tournament. The clocks are programmed for 67 minutes per player (we consider 15 minutes of off time). At the start of the game the two players agree on the terrain rules (a guide will be available at each table).
The referees will signal at 1h, 30 minutes, and 10 minutes the remaining time. From the remaining 10 minutes, it will not be possible to start an additional round and the current round must be finished (with a maximum of 15 minutes to finish this started round).
At the end of the game, the players count their victory points and determine the winner (in case of a tie on VP, calculate KP tiebreaker = total army points for completely destroyed units, including equipment).
At the end of each round the players declare the result of the game to a referee, who will enter this result in the TTO online software.

The ranking of players is done in the form of swiss rounds, as follows:
1. first the Number of Wins (KP tiebreaker of ties from VP)
2. Cumulative MoV (ratio of your number of VP / VP scored by the 2 players)
3. Cumulative extMoV (cumulative MoV of the opponents you have encountered)
