Timing
10:30 Welcome & registration
10:55 Briefing
11:00-13:00 First round
13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00-16:00 Second round
16:15-18:15 Third round
18:30 Results & goodbye tears
Please take note that the first round starts at 11:00 so you have be registered and ready to play by then.

Practical
The venue is Hasard Ludique Namur, which is a less than 5 minute walk from the station in Namur. There are several P+R Parkings, free of charge (yes, the bus to the city centre is also free from there on saturday)

You can also find parking in the "Parking de l'Hôtel de Ville", wich is a minute walk from the store. It's a paying option, it can be expensive (around 15€ a day).

We will serve coffee and soft drinks. Note that alcohol is not allowed in the store.


Corona
First and foremost: please don't come if you show symptoms!
For the rest:
* Sanitizing gel will be present.
* Touch your opponent's models/widgets as little as possible

Format
We will follow all the rules from BrawlMachine 1.2 :

* 25 points
*FA 1 for every model, except listed on the Brawlmachine Rules
*No 120mm base allowed except authorized by the event organizer (contact me if you are a new player and want to play a Warcaster on a Huge Base)
* second list optional
* no painting requirement
* 1h Deathclock per player
* note that scenarios will be pre-determined per table, to speed up the time between rounds

Army lists
Attendants must bring their own army lists, I can recommend using https://www.conflictchamber.com/ for list building. Lists must adhere to the normal Steamroller rules.

Payment
Prepayment is not required, but is available. Infos are found at the beginning of this document.

Prizing
Rewars will be awarded as Gift Tickets in the store. So you can choose what models you would like to receive.
Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. As well as for the best painted army.
To have a claim at the Best Painted Army Prize, you need to have all your lists fully painted.

Again, painting your lists is not mandatory, but we hope this little gift will encourage you to show your best painting skills :)
