3.) Army lists
Please upload the lists to BCP (https://www.bestcoastpairings.com/event/4KYFB682AJ) until Monday February 26th 23:59. It is important for us as organizers to have the lists in time, so we can check them for mistakes and publish the pairings in advance. If you don't manage to upload a list by that date, we have to deduct -5 Game Points from your total result at the end of the tournament.
Armies and Rules published until February 26 23:59 are valid.

Time will be called out during the games a couple of times, players are advised to keep track of time themselves as well.
Chess clock:
If one of the players want to use a chess clock, both will need to use it. If one of the two players clocks out, he will be only allowed, until the end of the game:
- do saving throws
- Battleshock tests
- score Points for primary missions
Please keep in mind that our schedule does not permit extensions of game time. Playing with a chess clock avoids unfortunate situations. Like playing only three turns.
6.) Missions / Terrain:
We will play the following missions to train for TAC and we will use the TAC Map Pack (https://thealpinecup.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Kassel-GT-Alpine-Cup-2024-Terrain-Maps-v1.0-LowRes.pdf):
Ritual/chilling rain/crucible of battle
Purge the foe/hidden supplies/sweeping Engagement
Scorched earth/chilling rain/search and destroy
7.) Scoring
Scoring follows the WTC GT Event Pack. (https://worldteamchampionship.com/wtc-rules/)
A player will be awarded 10 points per game if his army is painted battle ready.
Add Battleready Points, Primary points and Secondary Points together to get a total VP. Then look up the Result in the WTC Matrix:
VP Difference Game Points
0-5 10: 10
6-10 11: 9
11-15 12: 8
16-20 13: 7
21-25 14: 6
26-30 15: 5
31-35 16: 4
36-40 17: 3
41-45 18: 2
46-50 19: 1
51+ 20: 0
After your game is finished, insert the result in Tourneykeeper. For Primary Points put 3 for a win, 1 for a draw (10:10), 0 for a loss. Secondary Points are the Game Points (i.e. 0 to 20).
8.) Conceding a game
If one player feels the need to concede a game, a check in with the tournament organizers is required. We will try to talk through any issues that might make one player want to concede. No situation should arise where players travel to a tournament and then lose the opportunity to play.
9.) WYSISWYG, Proxy Models
Alternative models must be approximately the same size as the original models and there should be no advantage gained in the game by using non GW models.
Every player must ensure that their opponent is aware of all wargear choices made, especially if they do not 100% match the models used at the tabletop.
