01. Regeln und Teilnehmer
Wir spielen nach aktuellen Regeln von AMG/Asmodee mit 20 Punkten
Es werden 4 (bzw. 5) Runden nach dem aktuellen Zeitlimitregeln gespielt

02. Zugelassen Schiffe
siehe. "Standard"-Modus ;-)
Davon ab: Alles, was bis 14 Tage vor dem Turnier in der Deutschen Version erhältlich ist

03. Squadliste
Es sind 2 ausgedruckte Listen mitzubringen.
Eine ausgedruckte Liste mit eurem Namen für den TO.
Eine ausgedruckte Liste für den Gegner.

04. Preise
Offizielle Promos. Zusätzliche Preise werden ggf. aus den Turniereinnahmen finanziert.

05. Startgebühr / Anmeldung
Die Startgebühr beträgt 20 Euro, die ihr bitte vor dem Turnier an mich überweist.
PayPal-Daten (via Family & Friends) bekommt ihr per Email, sobald ihr euch angemeldet habt.


Abmeldungen, die uns bis zum 21.10.2024 erreichen, erhalten ihr Geld zurück. Später eingehende Absagen können dann leider nicht mehr erstattet werden.
Bitte beachtet, dass wir das Turnier in unserer Freizeit organisieren und einfach eine gewisse (finanzielle) Planungssicherheit gewährleisten müssen.

Für den Fall, dass das Turnier aus unvorhergesehenen Gründen abgesagt werden muss (Krankheit, "höhere Gewalt","zu wenige Teilnehmer*innen" etc.pp.), werden die Teilnahmegebühren selbstverständlich erstattet. (s. auch Punkt 11 weiter unten)

06. Parkplätze
Vor dem La Vie befinden sich ein Parkplatz, der kostenfrei nutzbar ist. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt an der Straße.
Mit dem ÖPNV könnt ihr ab Münster Hauptbahnhof mit der Linie 11 oder 12 bis zur Haltestelle "Auenviertel" fahren. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 30 Minuten

08. Mitzubringen
-2 mal eure ausgedruckte Liste mit Namen drauf (s.o.)
-Schadensdeck, Manöverschablonen, Manöverräder, Token, Tümmer/Asteroiden, Würfel, was man halt so zum X-Wing spielen braucht -Schiffe, Schiffskarten, Aufwertungskarten , Objective Marker (selbstverständlich sind keine Proxies zugelassen!)

10. Foto und Film
Ihr erklärt euch mit der Teilnahme am Turnier damit einverstanden, dass wir euren Namen, Abbild, Squadliste sowie Spielweise im Zusammenhang mit dieser Veranstaltung nutzen und verarbeiten dürfen - natürlich nur Zweckgebunden bspw. für einen Turnierbericht auf unserem Blog, unser facebook-Seite, eine Zusammenfassung beim MER oder einen Live-Stream.

11. Absage der Veranstaltung:

Wir behalten uns vor das Turnier bei mangelnder Beteiligung oder anderen nicht absehbaren Gründen (Krankheit, Naturkatastrophen etc.pp.) kurzfristig abzusagen. In dem Fall erhaltet ihr eure Teilnahmegebühr selbstverständlich zurück.

12. Haftungsausschluss

Jede*r Teilnehmer*in verzichtet auf Ansprüche jeglicher Art gegenüber den Veranstalter*innen und deren Helfer*innen. Ferner verpflichtet sich jede*r Teilnehmer*in an die am Turniertag gültigen Corona-Regeln zu halten.

01. rules and participants
We play according to the current AMG/Asmodee rules with 20 points
4 (or 5) rounds will be played according to the current time limit rules

02 Authorised vessels
see. "Standard" mode ;-)
Apart from that: Everything that is available in the German version until 14 days before the tournament

03. squad list
You have to bring 2 printed lists.
A printed list with your name for the TO.
One printed list for the opponent.

04. prizes
Official promos. Additional prizes may be financed from the tournament income.

05. entry fee / registration
The entry fee is 20 Euro, please transfer it to me before the tournament.
PayPal details (via Family & Friends) will be sent to you by email as soon as you have registered.


Cancellations that reach us by 21.10.2024 will be refunded. Cancellations received after this date can unfortunately no longer be refunded.
Please note that we organise the tournament in our free time and simply have to guarantee a certain (financial) planning security.

In the event that the tournament has to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons (illness, "force majeure", "too few participants" etc.), the participation fees will of course be refunded. (see also point 11 below)

06. car parks
There is a car park in front of La Vie, which can be used free of charge. There are other car parks directly on the street.
By public transport (bus) you can take line 11 or 12 from Münster main station to the "Auenviertel" stop. The journey takes about 30 minutes

-Damage deck, manoeuvre templates, manoeuvre wheels, tokens, debris/asteroids, dice, whatever you need to play X-Wing - Ships, ship cards, upgrade cards, objective markers (of course no proxies are allowed!)

10. photo and film
By participating in the tournament, you agree that we may use and process your name, image, squad list and playing style in connection with this event - of course only for a specific purpose, e.g. for a tournament report on our blog, our facebook page, a summary at the MER or a live stream.

11 Cancellation of the event:

We reserve the right to cancel the tournament at short notice in the event of a lack of participation or other unforeseeable reasons (illness, natural disasters, etc.). In this case you will of course receive your participation fee back.

12. exclusion of liability

Each participant waives all claims of any kind against the organisers and their helpers. Furthermore, each participant undertakes to adhere to the Corona rules valid on the day of the tournament.
