What to bring and expect?
Bring at least 2 paper copies of your army list.
Dice, counters, markers, Pen or pencil, calculator, glue...
3 objective markers
Rulebook, Codex/Index, most recent relevant FAQs
Rules order is: This document > ETC FAQ > GW official FAQ + FAQ from Warhammer-community > Codex > Rulebook
Beta rules from warhammer-community will be used if released before the deadline.

Allowed sources:
The latest version of all GW issued rule 40k sources listed bellow:
all GW codexes released prior to 08.12 . 2020 (YES we use chapter approved) and all GW indexes, if relevant
latest GW FAQ and Chapter Approved books.
GW Web exclusive rules (Bonesinger etc.) released prior to deadline
Forge World rules are allowed.
Rules from campaign books (for example Imperium Nihilus Vigilus Defiant) are allowed.
Datasheets from board games (like Dahyak Grekh from Blackstone Fortress) are allowed.

Roll-off for objectives. Winner places first objective. Players then alternate in placing objectives till all 6 are set. Objectives are placed in order 1-6.
Set up Warlord traits, relics and spells, starting with player who placed the first objective.
Roll-off for deploy. Winner chooses deployment zone & table side. Loser will start deploying first. Should you bring too big fortification so it would be impossible to place it legally on the table, consult both team captains to make space for it in the relevant deploy zone while making only minimum changes needed to do so.
Perform all unit actions/stratagems that should be made “after deploy but before game starts”, and “after the armies are fully deployed”. etc. if both players have such units/rules roll-off, who starts.
Player who deployed first decides if he will take first turn or not.
Seize the initiative - if applicable.
Perform all actions that should be made “At the start of the first battle round but before the first turn begins”, roll off and alternate players if both have such units/rules.
Play the game and have fun.

Mission 2
Ethernal War: Jeder der 6 Marker hat einen Vorrat an 5 Punkten am Ende jeder schlachtrunde bekommt derjenige, der einen Marker kontrolliert einen Punkt von dem Vorrat.
Am Ende der Runde 6 bekommt der Spieler der den Marker hält den verbleibenden Vorrat an Punkten.
Zusätzlich First Strike, linebreaker, slay the warlord & acceptable casualties
Maelstrom of War: 4 Karten pro Team, der Gegner sucht eine Karte aus die abgeworfen wird unmittelbar nachdem gezogen wurde und eventuelle Karten neu gezogen wurden (egal warum)
Deployment: Würfelwurf, Vanguard Strike wird einmalig (!) wiederholt.

Mission 3
Ethernal War: Die Orga ermittelt mit einem W3 aus welchem Buch die ewige Krieg bzw Maelstrom Mission gespielt wird (1 Grundregelbuch, 2 CA2017, 3CA2018). Stefan Pazderka erläutert das Ergebnis des Würfelwurfes zur allgemeinen Erklärung.
Die Orga wirft dann zwei w6 geworfen um zu bestimmen welche der Missionen kombiniert werden (1x ewiger Krieg und 1x maelstrom)
Das bestimmt wie die marker am Ende bzw während der Schlacht gepunktet wird bzw wieviel Handkarten erlaubt sind/gezogen werden. Zusätzlich gilt: refined strategies, first strike, slay the warlord, line breaker & acceptable casualties
