- 6. Warhammer Fantasy Edition,
- 2500 Punkte
- Es werden je 3 Spiele a 6 Runden gespielt,
- maximal 2,5h pro Spiel,

- 09.00 - 09.45 - Ankommen, zurechtfinden, anmelden
- 09.45 - 10.00 - Begrüßung
- 10.00 - 12.30 - Spiel 1
- 12.30 - 12.45 - maximaler "Puffer" zum Zugausgleich + Eintragen der Ergebnisse Spiel 1
- 12.45 - 13.30 - Pause
- 13.30 - 16.00 - Spiel 2
- 16.00 - 16.15 - maximaler "Puffer" zum Zugausgleich + Eintragen der Ergebnisse Spiel 2
- 16.15 - 16.45 - Pause
- 16.45 - 19.15 - Spiel 3
- 19.15 - 19.30 - maximaler "Puffer" zum Zugausgleich + Eintragen der Ergebnisse Spiel 3
- 19.30 - 19.45 - Siegerehrung




*******Bemalpflicht*******
- Proxen ist untersagt (als Beispiel: ein Ork-Streitwagen ist kein Dampfpanzer), thematische Umbauten hingegen erwünscht,
- es gilt möglichst WYSIWYG (für das erste Glied sollte es in jedem Fall gegeben sein),
- es gibt keine Bemalpflicht,
- keine GW Modell Pflicht




*******Turnierlisten und Abgabe*******
- Finale Listen Abgabe einschließlich Korrektur bis Sonntag den 29.10.2023 um 23:59 Uhr.
- Bitte schickt uns eure Listen per E-Mail an: drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.
- Es werden Strafpunkte bei zu spät eingereichten Listen verteilt.


*******Show Liste*******
Sobald wir eure Listen haben, werden wir davon eine "Show-Liste" erstellen diese wird identisch der eingereichten sein, allerdings ohne Punkte, magische Gegenstände, zusätzlich gekaufte Kräfte, versteckter Einheiten, Ausrüstungen, Komandoabteilungen usw.
Die Show-Listen aller Spielern werden ab dem 01.11.2023 per Mail zur Verfügung gestellt ;)




*******Regel Fragen und Regelstreitigkeiten*******

- Bei Regel Fragen halten wir uns an die Regeln + Errater/FAQ´s
- Bei Unklarheiten und Streitfragen gilt folgende Reihenfolge zur Klärung:
Orga> Regeländerung> Errater> Regelbuch
- Bei Fragen zu Erratar/FAQ´s könnt ihr uns gerne anschreiben ^^




*******Startgeld*******

Das Startgeld in Höhe von 25 € je Spieler bitte folgendermaßen überweisen:

Verwendungszweck:
Turniername + T3 Nickname
Die Bankverbindung teilen wir euch in der automatischen Anmeldebestätigung mit.
Sollte es Probleme mit der Anmeldung geben, dann meldet euch bitte bei uns.

Als Alternative kann das Startgeld auch per PayPal überwiesen werden -> drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de

Das Startgeld ist bis Sonntag den 29.10.2023 zu überweisen, erst dann hat der Spieler einen festen Startplatz.

Bei einer Absage bis eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn erstatten wir das Startgeld in voller Höhe zurück. Bei einer späteren Absage oder nicht Erscheinen ist dies leider nicht mehr möglich.
Sollte ein Spieler seinen Startplatz tauschen wollen, so ist dies möglich. Wir bitten aber um eine rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung.

Da wir nicht jeden Tag unsere Kontobewegungen überwachen, bitten wir um eine kurze Rückmeldung sobald ihr bezahlt habt.




*******Verpflegung*******

Für 15 Euro kann eine Essenflat erworben werden:

- Getränke (Cola, Limo, Wasser, Kaffee, uvm.)
- Brötchen
- Obst
- Mittagessen
- Kuchen
- uvm.

All dies kann natürlich auch separat erworben werden.

Bitte meldet euch bei uns, ob ihr Interesse an der Flat habt.
(bis jetzt hat die Flat sich noch für jeden gelohnt ^^)




*******Sonstiges*******

- Preise für die besten 3 Spieler,
- Preis für die Armee mit dem schönsten Gesamteindruck,

- Bei Fragen stehen wir euch jederzeit zur Verfügung.
- Über ein Feedback von euch zur Organisation, Veranstaltung oder Sonstiges würden wir uns sehr freuen.




*******Parpkplätze*******
- In den Nebenstraßen sind reichlich kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.
- Die Parkplätze auf dem Hof stehen leider nicht zur Verfügung.




*******Planung ist Alles*******

Sollten sich bis zum 01.11.2023 nicht mindestens 14 Spieler "fest" angemeldet haben, werden wir das Turnier leider ausfallen lassen müssen.
Für diese Entscheidung gibt es mehrerer, wie wir finden verständliche Faktoren.
Wir gehen allerdings nicht davon aus das es dazu kommen wird, aber um dem entgegen zu wirken, meldet euch am besten so schnell wie möglich an ^^

*******Painting duty*******
- Proxing is forbidden (as an example: an orc chariot is not a steam tank), but thematic conversions are welcome,
- if possible WYSIWYG applies (for the first link it should be given in any case),
- there is no painting duty
- no GW model duty




*******Tournament lists and submission*******
- Final lists submission including correction until Sunday the 29.10.2023 at 23:59.
- Please email your lists to: drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.
- Penalty points will be given for late submitted lists.


*******Show List*******
Once we have your lists, we will create a "show list" from them this will be identical to the one submitted, but without points, magic items, additional powers purchased, hidden units, equipment, command sections, etc.
The show lists of all players will be made available by mail from 01.11.2023 ;)




*******Rule Questions and Rule Disputes*******

- For rule questions we stick to the rules + errater/FAQ's.
- For ambiguities and disputes, the following order applies for clarification:
Orga> rule change> Errater> rulebook.
- For questions about Erratar/FAQ's you can write to us ^^




*******Participation fee*******

Please transfer the entry fee of 25 € per player as follows:

Reason for payment:
Tournament name + T3 nickname
We will inform you about the bank details in the automatic registration confirmation.
If there are any problems with the registration, please contact us.

Alternatively you can transfer the entry fee via PayPal -> drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.

The entry fee has to be transferred until Sunday the 29.10.2023, only then the player has a fixed starting place.

In case of a cancellation until one week before the tournament starts, we will refund the entry fee in full. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
If a player wants to change his starting place, this is possible. But we ask for a timely notification.

Since we do not monitor our account movements every day, we ask for a short feedback as soon as you have paid.




*******Catering*******

For 15 Euro you can buy a mealflat:

- Drinks (cola, soda, water, coffee, etc.)
- rolls
- fruit
- lunch
- cake
- and much more.

All this can of course also be purchased separately.

Please contact us if you are interested in the Flat.
(until now the Flat was worth it for everyone ^^)

- Prizes for the best 3 players,
- Prize for the army with the most beautiful overall impression,

*******Parking spaces*******
- There is ample free parking on the side streets.
- Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the courtyard are not available.




*******Planning is everything*******

If at least 14 players have not "firmly" registered by 01.11.2023, we will unfortunately have to cancel the tournament.
For this decision there are several, as we find understandable factors.
However, we do not expect that it will come to this, but to counteract this, register as soon as possible ^^.
