| 05-04-20 02:34 Moien players, due to the swift spread of the covid-19 and its consequences on all levels , we inform you that the ETC Captain Council has followed the advice from organisers and ETC Chairmen and therefore voted to postpone the Luxembourg ETC to 2021. The date is set already (August 4th-8th 2021), the venue (Luxexpo the Box) and the registraton fees (both ESC and ETC) will be the same. We hade made quite some progress on many topics before this decision and we will build on that to make sure the 2021 edition will be unforgettable! All players and teams who already registered are entitled to a full refund of thei registration fees. We are more than happy to roll-over registrations to the 2021 edition for whoever might be interested. Rolling over is entirely optional but it would help us a great deal. To ask for a refund, please contact us via email at flufff.contact@gmail.com and provide us with your registration details (e.g. email, game, nickname, bank details, etc...). Please indulge us with some patience as we might need time to process all refund requests. For all who have booked a non-refundable/non-flexible accomodation: we will draft an official statement announcing the postponement and asking establishements to either refund or postpone your reservations. For all who have booked a non-refundable/non-flexible flight: monitor information on the airlines, you would be travelling with. Many comanies are offering more flexibility concerning bookings in upcoming months and/or they might still cancel your flights in light of new developments. Finally: thanks to everybody for the support yo showed us. It means a lot and motivates us even more to deliver and excellent ETC in 2021.
