2. We do not use Special Command Abilities in this event. (may be next year)
3. Formations only when both Player it want.
4. IS can use pilot skills 3,4,5. the average of the army for 300 PV is 4 (mathematically round 3,5 = 4 / 4,49 = 4)
5. Clan can use pilot skills 2,3,4. the average of the army for 300 PV is 3 (mathematically round 2,5 = 3 / 3,49 = 3)
6. Yes, you can use different armies in the different scenarios. You can use the same Army for all Scenarios.
