Conquest am Teutoburger Wald #2 - Information and Rules

Turnierrahmen/ Basic Tournament Information:
Das Turnier wird mit 2000 Punkten pro Armee auf Basis des, zum Zeitpunkt des Tuniers aktuellsten, Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings Regelwerk gespielt.
Die Tischgröße beträgt 6x4 bzw. 180x120.
Es werden 3 Runden a 150 Minuten gespielt.
Eine ausgedruckte Turnierliste, welche mit dem offiziellen Army-Builder von Para-Bellum erstellt wurde ist mitzubringen. Eine Abgabe vor Turnierbeginn ist nicht vorgesehen.

The Tournament will be playes with 2000 points per army. The ruleset used will be the, at time of the tournament, most recent iteration of the Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings ruleset.
Table seize will be 6x4/ 180x120.
3 150 minute rounds will be played.
A printed-out version of you army-list, created with the official Para-Bellum companion app, has to be brought to the tournament. Sending in you army-list before tournament start is not neccessary.


Modelle/ Miniatures:
Zulässig sind alle offiziellen Para-Bellum Miniaturen, welche zum Zeitpunkt des Turniers offiziell erhältlich sind. Conversions und Mods sind zulässig, wenn sie den offiziellen Regeln von Para-Bellum bzgl. dieses Themas entsprechen. Proxies sind in einem vernünftigen Rahmen erlaubt, müssen aber bei der Turnier-Orga angemeldet und zugelassen werden.
Alle verwendeten Miniaturen müssen vollständig gebaut sein. Eine Bemahlpflicht besteht nicht.

Only official Para-Bellum miniatures which were officialy released prior to the tournament, are allowed. Conversions and mods in compliance with the official Para-Bellum guidelines are allowed. Proxies are allowed within reasonable limits, but must be registered and approved by the tournament organizers.
All miniatures have to be fully assembled. There is no obligation to play with fully painted miniatures.


Schiedrichter/ Referee:
Bei offenen Fragen und Unklarheiten zu Regelauslegungen kann die Turnier-Orga hinzugezogen werden. Diese entscheidet im Zweifelsfall die Regelauslegung.

In case of any questions or ambiguities regarding rule interpretations, the tournament organizers can be consulted. In case of doubt, they will decide the interpretation of the rules.


Zeitlicher Ablauf / Time Table:

9:00: Einlass / Entry and Registration
10:00: Beginn Runde 1 / Start round 1
12:30: Ende Runde 1 / End round 1
12:45: Beginn Runde 2 / Start round 2
15:15: Ende Runde 2 und Beginn der Pause / End round 2 and start of Lunch break
16:00: Beginn Runde 3 / Start round 3
18:30 Ende Runde 3 und Siegerehrung / End round 3 and awards ceremony

Szenarios / scenarios:
Die Szenarios werden spätestens 4 Wochen vor Turniertermin bekannt gegeben.

Scenarios to be played will be announced 4 weeks prior to the event, at the latest.

Preise / Prices:
Sachpreise werden an alle Teilnehmer ausgegeben.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen Preis für "Best Painted", welcher durch eine Abstimmung unter den Turnierteilnehmern vergeben wird.

Non-cash prizes will be awarded to all participants.
Additionaly, there will be an award for "best painted", awarded by a vote among participants


Verpflegung / Catering:
Kaffee und Tee können am Austragungsort erhalten werden. Dazu befinden sich direkt gegenüber vom Austragungsort zwei Supermärkte. Zur Mittagspause ist es vorgesehen bei einem Lieferservice zu bestellen.

Coffee and tea will be available at the venue. Two supermarkets are located directly across the street. A delivery service is available for lunch.


Parktplatz / Parking:
Es sind genug Parkplätze am Austragungsort und der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.

There are enough parking spaces at the venue and in the surrounding area.


Turniergebühr / participation fee:
Mit der Anmeldebestätigung erhaltet ihr Informationen bzgl. der Bezahlung der Teilnahmegebühr. Eure Anmeldung wird erst mit Erhalt des Startgebühr gültig. Bei Absage eurer Teilnahme bis zu 1 Woche vor Turnierbeginn, wird euch die Gebühr in voller Höhe erstattet.

With your registration confirmation, you will receive information regarding payment of the participation fee. Your registration is only valid upon receipt of the entry fee. If you cancel your participation up to one week before the start of the tournament, you will receive a full refund.
