Excellent lunch. (French fries were top !!!)

It is was great only 1 thing could be better the Maelstrom Objectives and the V7 Battles.

Mentioned this already to the orga crew several times, but I really hope they can embrace 7th edition a bit more for next editions. It's cool to do something different once in a while, but not using Maelstrom seems like a step back. It's very dynamic as a scoring system and takes away from the 'I kill your army I win' style of scenarios, because sacrificing units to score points here and there actually can win you the game. With Maelstrom, everyone feels like they actively participate in the game. I didn't really get that feeling with the scenarios played at Conflict, which is a shame for both players involved in a battle, especially because the fix is easy.

Also, terrain remains a bit of an issue. Games are so much better with some extra LOS blockers here and there. It was a real shooting gallery on most tables as hiding a unit was next to impossible. Working on this issue will already solve a lot.

For the rest it was cool as usual! Keep it up!

Yet again a nice tournament, good looking tables but it definitely needs more terrain that blocks line of sight. As a Tau player this made 2 of my games really al decided after I got turn 1. (Though I got seized upon ;) ) High fire power armies are a thing and have been since 5th edition Imperial Guard, so to make a game of it you need to be able to hide a few units and reserve others. Else you are just asking Muhammed to give you three free swings on the jaw.. these things do not end well. ;)
Example, my game 1 versus Davy's Dark Eldar, if he had 2 LOS blockers he could deploy a bit behind that and reserve the rest and it would be a game. Now it was deploy everything or get tabled and after my shots he lost half his firepower, so pretty much game, set and match.

I have not other complaint, beer was brilliant, prices very nice, warm food and great atmosphere. (I've been a few times, will definitely come again.)

Leuk en competitief toernooi op een goede locatie met een goede sfeer! Tot volgend jaar...

I really like tactical objectives and it would be cool if we had to use them. The lists were (almost) all made to be as powerfull as possible, but this is normal for a tournament I guess.
