Which tournaments get acquired?
Basically every tournament can be included in the NTR. Published results of T³-tournaments are automatically included in the NTR. The tournament has to took place after 2004-01-01 (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) or 2006-01-01 (all other countries). The game system does not matter, at least it should be a tabletop. If the game system isn't support by T³ yet, please contact a T³-admin. A minimum number for the participants does not exists, too.Which data is needed?
To record a tournmanet we need the following data:Per tournament:
* Name of the tournament
* Gamesystem
* ZIP + City + Country
* ICS-Date
Per player:
* Placement
* Prename + Lastname
* Optional: Nickname, Origin, Army
Which formats are supported?
Therewith we have to get the data somehow, T³ supports different data types:GoePP-Export: The GoePP offers a comfortable export function (Administration -> Export results to T3). Through this function a GoePP export file is created.
Excel Draft: We offer XLS-draft for the manual acquistion of the results. This should be readable by any spreadsheet software and filled out exactly as it's specified.
XML-Draft: For any other automatic tournament administraton we offer a XML-draft. A simple function should be enough to generated the results as a XML-file. A real DTD will be provided in the future.
Plaintext: If it's not possible to use one of the upper solutions, we'll take the results in simple textual form. As we need to record the data manual, it will last longer and we cannot guarantee, that the results will be part of the next NTR-recomputation.
You can then contact a NTR-admin responsible for your country with the appropriate file (see contacts). He will provide an emailaddress, where you can send the file to.
