Eisenhammer 1 - Informationen und Regeln

What?
5-man team tournament initially planned for 40 people, but we have since expanded (and are currently considering to do so again). This will result in three or four rounds of WTC-like experience, depending on how the pairdown goes in the third round. \\The main tournament should finish around 21:00-21:30. There will be a side programm consisting of beer, BBQ, beer, guildball, boardgames, beer and pickup WM/H games with some of Germany's finest, possibly accompanied by more beer. The whole thing is open end and we can play and do battle into the night until our hearts are full.

Rules?
We are using the WTC2016 rules. No gimmicks. You can obtain the rules in the WTC2016 players pack here [wmhwtc.wordpress.com/wtc-players-pack/]. All players will need to bring their army lists on a regular Steamroller sheet in either clean, neat handwriting or (preferably) typeset and printed out, so your opponents can read your lists quickly. THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE PAIRING PROCESS, SO DON'T FUCK THIS UP OR INCUR MY ETERNAL WRATH.

How to get there?
Via Car:
Drive to the specified adress, which is located in an industrial park. You will find parking space available at the venue.

Via Public Transport:
You can travel to Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof via public transport. The venue is a mere 15min walk from there. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof, which will do the job in just about 2mins. There is a bus stop aptly named 'Eisenhammer' directly in front of the venue.

Via Oberhausen Fernbushaltestelle:
If you are traveling from the Netherlands, you can book a long distance bus directly from Amsterdam to Oberhausen Fernbushaltestelle. The company is called 'Flixbus' [flixbus.de/] and will bring you from Amsterdam to Oberhausen in 2h25mins for 15 Euros without the need to change bus. This is obviously extremely convenient, so to all our Dutch friends: Strongly consider attending this event.

Take my money?
The event is 15 Euro per player, resulting in a total fee of 75 Euro per team. We understand that this is rather expensive for a mere three rounds, but the included sideshow is going to be amazing. Besides, Headblast Club just had to move its headquarters from Gasthof Harlos to Eisenhammer, so we can't offer it much cheaper because we have to invest a bit in order to host this event. Free water, tea and coffee will be provided.

You can book an additional package. It is completely optional, but we need to know in advance (i.e., when you book, not at the venue).

Optional package: 7 Euro. Includes a beer flatrate. Yes, you heard that right.
