Willkommen in Kiel - Großstadt im Norden, Handball-Hauptstadt der Republik, Ausrichter des größten Segelevents der Welt, kurzum einem einzigartig schönen Fleck auf dieser Erde.

Und hier wird es es nun geben, eines der größten 40k-Einzelspieler-Turniere Deutschlands.

Regeln und Armeeorganisation
Gespielt wird nach dem Regelwerk der Tabletop Masters http://www.tabletopmasters.de/2016/04/02/rules/.
Regeldeadline ist der 24. Juli 2016, alle bis dahin von GW veröffentlichten Codices und FAQs sind gültig.

Armeelisten
Die Armeelisten sind am Turniertag mitzubringen. Aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung sind Armeelisten bitte auf ENGLISCH zu schreiben (solltest Du hierbei Hilfe benötigen melde dich bitte bei uns unter <al-help@balticcup-kiel.de>)

Auf der Armeeliste muss klar erkennbar sein:
* Name+T3-Nick des Spielers
* verwendete Codices
* Kennzeichnung der Armeekontingente
* Gesamtpunktzahl
* Punktzahl der einzelnen Einheiten
* Bereich aus dem die einzelnen Einheiten gekauft wurden (HQ, Standard, Elite …)
* der Kriegsherr

Eine Kopie deiner Liste ist am Samstag beim Check-In abzugeben.
Eine weiter Kopie behält du für die Spiele bei dir und zeigst diese deinem Gegner jederzeit auf Nachfrage (oder lege sie einfach auf den Spieltisch)

Bemalung
Wir möchten allen Spielern etwas für’s Auge bieten, daher müssen alle Modelle vollständig bemalt und gebased sein.
Das Erscheinungsbild der Armee soll dabei einheitlich sein und die Bases zueinander passen - d.h. bitte keine zusammengeliehenen Armeen, keine nur grundierten oder halb fertig bemalten Modelle usw.
Modelle (oder ganze Armeen) die diesem Standard nicht gerecht werden, werden nach Orga-Entscheid aus dem Turnier ausgeschlossen.

Desweiteren gilt WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), d.h. jedes Modell muss klar erkennbar sein, ebenso muss erkennbar sein, welche Waffe/n es trägt.
Ausrüstungen wie Granaten oder Umhänge müssen nicht dargestellt werden.

Fremdmodelle und Umbauten sind gerne gesehen, jedoch muss klar erkennbar sein, was diese darstellen. Proxis sind verboten.
Solltest Du dir nicht sicher sein, ob deine Modelle nach diesen Regeln spielbar sind, frage bitte rechtzeitig VOR dem Turnier (am Besten mit Bildern) unter <valid-army@balticcup-kiel.de> nach.

Es gibt im Laufe des Turniers eine „Schönste Armee“-Wertung, wie diese genau von statten geht werden wir euch an dieser Stelle noch mitteilen, sicher ist allerdings, dass diese KEINEN EINFLUSS auf das Turnierergebnis nehmen wird, sondern lediglich eine separate Sonderwertung ist.

Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung findet ausschließlich über T3 <www.tabletopturniere.de> statt, nach Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr ist dein Startplatz sicher.

Startgeld
Die Höhe des Startgeldes beträgt 30 Euro, eine Erstattung des Startgeldes ist bei Abmeldung bis 14 Tage vor dem Turnier (also 29.07.2016 23:59) möglich, hierfür wird eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 5 Euro fällig.
Die Übertragung eines Startplatzes ist jederzeit und kostenfrei möglich - hierfür benötigen wir Vor-/Nach- und Nickname des Überträgers sowie des Empfängers, so wie diese auf T3 angegeben sind, außerdem muss der Empfänger der Startplatzes zum Zeitpunkt des Übertragens bereits auf der Anmeldeliste vermerkt sein.

Wir bieten auch dieses Jahr den Early-Bird-Service an. Wer bis zum 15. April 2016 überweist und auf die Möglichkeit einer Rückerstattung verzichtet, der zahlt nur 25 Euro. Der Startplatz ist weiterhin übertragbar.

Das Turnier findet im Rahmen des Kieler Uni-Cons im Ökologie-Zentrum der CAU (Christian Albrechts Universität) Kiel statt.

Anfahrt
Mit dem Auto:
Fahre auf der B76 (Olof-Palme-Damm) bis zur Ausfahrt Kronshagen-Nord. Dort biegst du auf die Eckernförder Straße in Richtung Kronshagen. Nach 1,3 km geht es jetzt an der Kreuzung rechts auf die Johann-Fleck-Straße, nach weiteren 500m endet die Straße an der Olshausenstraße, dort biegst du rechts ab und nach rund 250m hast du das Ziel erreicht.
Das Gebäude befindet sich auf der rechten Seite. Parkplätze sind an der Straße oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ausreichend vorhanden.

Mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr:
Die Haltestelle ist direkt am Gebäude heißt „Leipnizstr.“ und ist mit den Linien 6, 61/62, 60S und 81 zu erreichen. Eine Online-Fahrplanauskunft findest du hier:

Übernachten
Der Baltic Cup Kiel findet in Räumlichkeiten der CAU Kiel statt, diese sind im Rahmen des Uni-Cons von Samstag durchgängig bis Sonntag geöffnet und es darf in den Räumen übernachtet werden.

Catering
In deinem Startgeld inklusive ist eine Wasser- und Kaffeeflat!
Außerdem bietet der Uni-Con belegte Brötchen zum Frühstück, diverse Schokoriegel, Softdrinks und eine regelmäßige Pizzabestellung an. Bei guten Wetter wird zudem gegrillt.

Army rosters

Army rosters have to be provided by the players. Due to the international orientation of this event we ask everybody to provide lists in English. If there should be assistance required, either before or at the event, we’re there to help.

Your list should include:
* Your name and nickname you used to sign up in T³
* all codices you are using
* make clear which are your detachments
* total points spent
* total cost of individual units
* category the unit was bought from (HQ, troops, etc)
* your warlord

Please hand in one list upon check-in on Saturday and keep the second to use throughout the tournament, your opponent should be able to read this at all times.

Painting

We want to make sure that the hobby-part is not fully left out and we get some wonderful armies to look at, therefore all models need to be painted and based. The overall look of the army should follow a coherent colour-scheme and the bases should as well be the same throughout your army. Note that of course, allied detachments may differ.

We want to avoid to see armies that have been borrowed left and right just to fix the least requirements in painting in this tournament.
Models (or even full armies) may and will be excluded from use in the tournament if they fail to comply with these standards.
Furthermore, WYSIWYG will be used. This means for every model it must be clear which weapon it’s using. Equipment like grenades, cloaks and the like do not need to be displayed.

Conversions and models from different manufacturers are more than welcome but please make sure that it is clear which unit they represent. Proxies will not be tolerated; a wraith lord is not a wraith knight.
If you feel unsure if a certain model or army does not meet the standards don’t hesitate to contact us via <valid-army@balticcup-kiel.de> and send us some pictures, we sort something out.

During the tournament there will be a vote for the “Best-Painted Army”, yet this will not influence your overall score in the tournament, there will still be a price and honours. The exact way how this will be carried out will be released with the ruleset.

Registration

Registration is only possible via T³, after we received your entry fee we can guarantee your place in the event.

Entry fee

The entry fee is € 30,- which is refundable until 14 days before the tournament (XXXXX), unfortunately we will have to charge a cancellation fee of € 5,- for this.
A transfer of a paid spot in the tournament to another player is possible at any time and does not cost any money. All we need for this is the name and nickname auf the receiver so that we can add him on T³. The receiver must be registered for the tournament on T³ before this.

Accommodation

The tournament takes place in the University of Kiel. The venue will be open from Saturday to Sunday. You can choose to sleep in the lecture-rooms. Showers are provided in a swimming hall nearby.
Accommodation is available in Kiel in all levels of pricing, from Hostel to Hotel to 5*-residence.

In the entry fee already included is a flat-rate supply of coffee and water for all participants!
The crew hosting the Uni-Con also provides breakfast and, if the weather is stable, a simple barbecue.
