If a player doesn't want a publication of his/her data, he/she has the option for a complete anonymization. Users with a T³-Account can simply choose this option in their settings. Unregistered players have to contact a T³-Admin.

T³ offers its service completely free of charge. The T³-Team (see contact) cannot be charged for any financial or other losses, which aren't based on grossly negligent handling of it. Any using of the service for tournament organizing and registration is at one's own risk.

Organizers of tournaments who use the T³-Tournament administration pledge themselves to only use the players' data (according to §1) for the purpose of the tournament organization. In addition to that they have to create valid results of their tournaments. Any manipulation is forbidden. They have to take care of getting the results on the T³-Server. We recommend to use the GoePP software.
