Description: Hi all, 'Le Cercle d'Aléa" is happy to invite you onto its first tournament in Luxembourg. The number of contesters is limited to 16 due to logistics, that's 8 games in parallel though. The entry fee is 7 EUR until one week before through bank transfer or 9 EUR on the same day, with a risk of not being able to play. The fees will be paid out as vouchers for the winners of the contest. The number of points per game is 100. The rules-system will be the Swiss one, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss-system_tournament The principle is that each player will plat a certain number of games against randomly selected opponents. The winner gets 2 points, a draw means 1, a loss obviously 0. Finally, be there 30 minutes before the start of the contest to settle down. Don't worry about food, Pizza can be ordered and we'll sell sandwiches as well. We'll send more detailed information to the subscribers.
