army composition:
*1750 pts max
*No allies.
* Witch hunter armies must use the witch hunter codex book, not the white dwarf edition . They may use allied space marines or inducted Imperial guard as written in their codex.
* Each army is limited to the troops specifically permitted by its list/codex. This means things like the eldar nightspinner will not be allowed. When in doubt, please contact the tournament organizer on the email address given at the end of this document.
*The Errata articles as published on the Games Workshop website are in use.

In this tournament 100 command points can be gained.
These are divided the following way:
20 pts = Painting
3 pts = WYSIWYG
2 pts = Correct Armylist, that is turned in on time.
75 pts = Battle results (3x 25pts per round)

Painting (20pts)
The points are awarded in the following way:

*Actual painting (0-8pts)
8 pts: fully painted army
0-7 points: only parts of the army is painted.

* Basing (0-3pts)
0 pts: less than 50% of the models have basing
1 pts: 50% – 99% of the models have basing
2 pts: All the models have basing
3 pts: 100% based and extra effort had been put in to this.

* Army Coherency and Unit Distinction (0-3pts)
3 pts: There is army coherency and all units can easily be distinguished from each other.
2 pts: 1 unit clearly stands out, or there are minor problems with unit distinction.
1 pts: there are several units that stand out or several problems with unit distinction
0 pts: It´s a mess.

*the remaining 6 points can be gained in several ways. Your army will be judged on 3 criteria, for each you can get a max of 3 points. If your result of these 3 criteria is higher then 6, it will be rounded down to 6.
0-3 pts: The skill of techniques used on the models.
0-3 pts: amount and difficulty of the conversion work in the army
0-3 pts: Wow factor. Some armies just have a certain something, this is the place where this is rewarded.

WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet (0-3pts)
3 pts: All models have all the equipment that they should have and there is no room for confusion.
1 pts: A minor thing is not WYSIWYG.
0 pts: several minor things or more is not WYSIWYG.
(note on “count as” models: These are allowed, but will get extra attention during the judging. If there is any reasonable room for confusion it will counted as NOT WYSIWYG)

Army list (0-2pts)
If your army list is send in before 23:59 on friday 23-09-2011 and is correct , you will get 2 points.
Correct army lists include the following:

-It contains all information required to play, such as characteristic profiles, point costs, special rules, etc.
