Hi

As a team you generate warpcharges as follows :
Roll 1d6 and add all mastery levels from your and your teammate's psykers. This forms your teampool

Using warpcharge :

Draw warpcharge from the teampool

Eg.
You field a librarian ml2 and your buddy fields a farseer ml3, you roll a 4. You get 2+3+4 = 9 warpcharge to share amongst your librarian and his farseer as you see fit.
