A: Grundsätzlich möchten wir, dass alle Teilnehmer die Verpflegungs-Pauschale (€ 64,-) bezahlen, da es sowohl für uns als Orga-Team als auch für die Spieler viele Vorteile bietet und uns das Hotel hier einen sehr guten Preis gemacht hat. Andererseits möchten wir aber niemanden von der Teilnahme abhalten, der gerne dabei sein möchte. Wenn diese Pauschale also ein Problem für dich ist, melde dich bitte bei uns unter office@hivegames.at und wir finden eine Lösung. Q: I don’t want to take meals at the hotel. Can I just pay the entry fee (€ 25.00)? A: Basically, we would like all participants to pay the meal allowance (€ 64.00), as it offers many advantages for both us as the organizing team and for the players - also the hotel gave us a very good price. On the other hand, we don't want to discourage anyone who would like to be there from taking part. F: Wie setzen sich die Kosten für das Event zusammen? A: Der Turnierbeitrag (€ 25,-) ergibt sich zum größten Teil aus der Raummiete für die Location. Sobald sich mehr als 16 Spieler anmelden, fließt der entstehende Überschuss in den Preispool und wird in Form von Sachpreisen an die Spieler ausgegeben. Die Pauschale für die Verpflegung (€ 64,-) beinhaltet ein 2-Gänge-Mittagsmenü direkt bei der Location im hauseigenen Restaurant sowie alkoholfreie Getränke und Kaffee während des Turniers. Die Organisation der Veranstaltung erfolgt zum größten Teil ehrenamtlich und mit der Unterstützung von Hive Games Klagenfurt, da wir versuchen, die Kosten für euch so gering wie möglich zu halten.
