Verpflegung
Für alle Teilnehmer besteht die Möglichkeit für 15€ eine Verpflegungsflat zu buchen! Wer diese will, gibt das bitte bei der Überweisung der Teilnahmegebühr mit an.
Teil der Flat sind:
- Mit liebe beschmierte Brötchen zum Frühstück
- Kaffeeservice am Tisch
- Mittagessen in Form von Partypizzen
- Getränke

Armeelisten
Jeder Spieler bringt mindestens eine ausgedruckte Armee-Liste seiner Fraktion mit - im offiziellen Armybuilder erstellt.
Eine zweite bzw. dritte Liste als Übersicht für eure Gegner bzw. die Orga ist optional.

Miniaturen
Proxies sind in vernünftigem Maße erlaubt, sprecht das aber bitte im Einzelnen vorher mit uns ab und informiert euren Mitspieler.
Die Miniaturen müssen mindestens komplett gebaut sein.

Startgebühr
Die Kontaktdaten für die Startgebühr erhaltet ihr bei der Anmeldung zum Turnier per Email - bitte prüft im Zweifelsfall auch euren Spam-Ordner.

Solltet ihr die Startgebühr bezahlt haben, aber nicht am Turnier teilnehmen können, kann die Startgebühr nur dann erstattet werden, wenn sich ein Nachrücker findet

Meals and drinks
All participants have the option of booking a catering flat rate for €15! If you would like to do so, please indicate this when transferring the participation fee.
The flat rate includes:
- Lovingly prepared sandwiches for breakfast
- Coffee service at the table
- Lunch in the form of party pizzas
- Drinks

Army lists
Each player must bring at least one printed army list for their faction, created in the official Army Builder.
A second or third list as an overview for your opponents or the organizers is optional.

Miniatures
Proxies are allowed to a reasonable extent, but please discuss this with us in detail beforehand and inform your fellow players.
The miniatures must at least be completely assembled.

Entry fee
You will receive the contact details for the entry fee by email when you register for the tournament—please check your spam folder if you are unsure.

If you have paid the entry fee but are unable to participate in the tournament, the entry fee can only be refunded if a replacement participant is found.
