LEGAL SQUADS
- Squads max 100 pts
- The lists are to be sent (i) by the Captain (ii) with URL links (iii) two weeks max before the tournament (maximum 15 November) (iv) indicating which player of the team plays which squad list.
- Wave 7, Raider and Episode VII allowed.

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- 4 rounds, each round a Team is opposed to another Team.
- The 3 players on a team individually face the three players on the other Team.
- There is no individual ranking!

TEAM TOURNAMENTS ROUNDS
- The rounds are determined following the Swiss pairing system, ie the highest ranked team plays against the 2nd and so on.
- A Team obviously cannot play against the same Team twice during the tournament.
- For the pairing of Round 1, a draw will take place between the eight teams in the tournament.

TOURNAMENT TEAM RANKING
- The points are calculated for each team member with victory points & margin of victory as usual.
- Then each Team adds these 3 results (victory points and margin of victory) for its three players and the Team final result is obtained for this round.
Sample output of a round:
TEAM A: 15 (600) vs TEAM B: 0 (0)
TEAM C: 10 (344) vs TEAM D: 5 (256)
TEAM E: 6 (254) vs TEAM F: 5 (346)
...

- Each round points are then added together to determine the Team's overall ranking.
- Template team scoring sheet will be provided during the tournament to facilitate the counting of points.

SEEDING TOURNAMENT INDIVIDUAL MATCH
- The procedure for pairing between players of two opposing teams during a round is as follows:
a) The highest ranked team in the tournament has the initiative (for Round 1, intiative is determined by tossing a coin).
b) The captains of the two teams look at the other team's opposing squadrons.
c) The captain of the team with the initiative (TEAM A in the example) offers its first list: A TEAM LIST A
d) The captain of the other team (TEAM B in the example) selects the list which faces TEAM A LIST A.
Game 1: TEAM A LIST A vs TEAM B LIST A
e) The captain of that team (TEAM B in the example) also provides in turn a 2nd list: TEAM B LIST B
e) The captain of team A then selects one of its two remaining lists to face TEAM B LIST B.
Game 2:TEAM A LIST B vs TEAM B LIST B
f) The last match finally opposes the last 2 lists:
Game 3: TEAM A LIST C vs TEAM B LIST C
- The procedure is not complicated since there are only 3 lists per team, BUT:
i) It is essential to respect the initiative of the Team (a ranking of the teams will be announced at every round).
ii) As you see the initiative has not only advantages but still allows the players to decide which team members takes a risk and then determine what the pairing of the two last matches is. This is an important tactical choice.
iii) Seeding individual matches must be arranged between captain quickly before games, 5-10 min maximum will be allocated for this purpose.

BYES RULES
- in case of uneven number of teams, the latest ranked team at this point in the tournament has a bye. For the first round, any malus given for not sending squad lists on time are taken in consideration. Randomisation is used in case several teams have the same ranking.
- A team cannot have two byes per tournament.
- Byes grant 10 Victory Points & 300 Margin of Victory points to the team.
