X-wing regional Antwerpen - Information and Rules

Outpost Antwerp will open the doors at 10 am
Registration will follow between 10 am and 10:30 am. Please show up in time!

we advice to take public transports since parking fees in Antwerp are no joke. All information about parking your car in antwerp can be found here: http://www.visitantwerpen.be/detail/parking-in-antwerp. The free parking at the Sint Michielskaai is our advice. To be sure of your tournament place we ask you to transfer us the entree fee. We have 48 places for this tournament. First payment = first spot, second secures the second spot and so on. Please send the 15 euro to the Conectr Team Aarschot vzw bank account: BE86 7512 0083 9550 with a comment which includes your full name and 'xwing regional antwerp'. Make sure your payment is completed before Sunday the 10th of December 2016. Thank you in advance.

15 euro is no small amount of money but we ensure that no one leaves the tournament empty handed. The full amount of entree fees will go to the tournament kit and price support.
If we manage to have a full house of 48 players we will divide:

the regional tournament kit:
1 plastic bye card redeemable at the national championships and 1 acrylic trophy for the champion
4 sets of acrylic maneuver templates for the top 4
8 sets of alternate appearance dice for the top 8
16 acrylic bomb tokens for the top 16
64 alternate art cards for all players involved

In addition, we will be handing out Store Credit Vouchers to the top finishers. The value of the vouchers depends on the amount of participants. Every penny spent on the entry fee goes into the prize pool!
Example eligible for changes: with 48 players:
1st: €130
2nd: €70
3rd - 4th: €50
5th - 8th: €30
9th - 12th: €20
best repainted/converted squadron: €20 (chosen by the TO)

advanced structure dictates that with 48 spelers we will play 6 swiss rounds and after that the final 8 will play knock out rounds

15u15-16u45 swiss round 4
17u00-18u15 swiss round 5
18u30-19u45 swiss round 6 (in case of less then 40 players this round will not take place)
20u00 small awards before the cut off
20u30-21u45 top 8 elimination
22u00-23u15 top 4 elimation
23u30-01u30 (120 minutes!) final table
01u30-02u00 awards and wrap up

Please send in your squadron list in http://xwing-builder.co.uk/build format before Sunday the 10th of December 2016. Send Khorne Flakes the URL of your xwing builder list. We will provide a marked copy for you to play with on the tournament day.

All wave 1 to 9 ships and cards will be allowed, including heroes of the resistance, latests FAQ will apply.
To avoid discussions only official FFG dice are allowed. Please also be aware that the TO will check your damage decks, range rules and manouvering templates.

Catering:
Please do not bring your own beverages. Outpost provides us the tournament venue so all drinks can and must be bought there. Outpost also offers meals but in case you want to bring your own lunch there is no problem.
