MünchA!n tournament first edition - Information and Rules

Format
- 3 rounds
AGL5 season rules with the following mods applied:
- The last dance (Aristos updated)
- Rookie characters
- Koorie queen
- Zlavin
- AGL circuit Omadon arena (because everyone needs a reroll)
Players can choose a different deck between Tournament Rounds.
Scenarios will be played on the Corregidor terrain.

Rosters
Please create your roster with the official Roster creation tool and save it on AGL website.
Please send you roster to the organiser before June, 18th.

Game material
Every player must bring their roster compliant with what they registered online. Painted minis are not compulsory but will be appreciated by your opponents.
Every player must bring everything needed to play. Non-exhaustive list is: Aristeia tokens and dice, Aristo’s cards, decks (Standard, T-Comm or Sterling Forge), and terrain (scenery for obstacles and blocked spaces are highly appreciated).

Schedule
Players are expected to arrive at 09:30 to get time to take out their minis and their tokens and get ready for the briefing.
• 09:30 players’ arrival
• 09:45 briefing of the tournament day
• 10:00 first round Hunter and Prey scenario
• 12:00 lunch break
• 13:15 second round Frenzied dance scenario
• 15:15 small break
• 15:30 third round Crow accumulator scenario
• 17:45 tournament results

Each Round has a duration of 2 hours. The tournament organiser will tell players the time left on a regular basis, and at least 15 minutes before the end of a Tournament Round, no new gaming round should be started. 5 minutes before end of a Tournament Round, no new Turn should be started (both players will play the same number of Turns as a Turn is the activation of one Aristo from each team).

Registration
Registrations will be confirmed after your payment is received. Please paypal 15€ to the organiser with your name, nickname and AGL/ITS number into comments of your payment.


Food and drinks
With your registration is offered a soft drink (given when you want during the tournament).
Funtainment proposes a bunch of snacks and soft drinks to buy during the tournament.
You can bring your own food for lunch or buy some outside the Funtainment shop at lunch time.
Players are not allowed to bring nor drink alcohol beverage into Funtainment shop.
