I - PRÉSENTATION DU TOURNOI:

Parking : Devant la salle.

*** Inscriptions:

La participation est fixée à 10€.
Le tournoi est prévu pour 60 joueurs.
Paiement le jour du tournoi, uniquement en espèces.

Merci de vous pré-inscrire afin que nous puissions prévoir les tables, les maps et les lots en conséquence.

*** déroulement du tournoi:

Il se déroulera en 5 parties en ronde suisse.
à partir de 09h00 : accueil des joueurs
09h45 : limite des inscriptions
10h00 - 11h15 : 1ère partie
11H30 - 12h45 : 2e partie
repas
14h00 - 15h15 : 3e partie
15h30 - 16h45 : 4e partie
17h00 - 18h15 : 5e partie
18h30 : remise des prix.

Pour la restauration, nous essaierons de prévoir une formule déjeuner. Nous vous tiendrons informés dès que possible.
Un bar payant avec des boissons est ouvert pour l’ensemble de la journée.


II - REGLEMENT DU TOURNOI

*** Règles et listes d’armées autorisées:

- toutes les règles sur : https://www.atomicmassgames.com/xwing-documents
- escadron à 20 points maximum.
- pour les 4 premières rondes les 4 scénarios seront joués et tirés au sort au moment du lancement de la ronde.
- pour la 5ème ronde, tirés au sort, un scénario sera également proposé.

*** Matériel:

Ce que vous devez ramener pour le tournoi :
- tout le matériel officiel nécessaire pour jouer vos parties, y compris les dés ;)

Das Turnier ist für 60 Spieler maximal geplant.
Zahlung am Tag des Turniers, nur Bargeld.

Es wird in 5 Teilen von Schweizer Rundnehmen.

Für das Catering werden wir versuchen, eine Mittagsformel anzubieten. Wir werden Sie so schnell wie möglich auf dem Laufenden halten.
Ein Cash-Bar mit Getränkenist den ganzen Tag geöffnet.


II - TURNIERSPIELREGELN

*** RegelnundArmee-Listenbefügt:

- alle Regeln auf: https://www.atomicmassgames.com/xwing-documents
- Geschwader bis maximal 20 Punkte.
- In den ersten 4 Runden werden die 4 Szenarien gespielt und zufällig gezogen, wenn die Runde gestartet wird.
- Für die 5. Runde wird auch ein Szenario vorgeschlagen.

*** Material:

Was Sie für das Turnier mitbringen müssen:
- die gesamte offizielle Ausrüstung, die zum Spielen Ihrer Spiele erforderlich ist, einschließlich der Würfel ;)

The tournament is scheduled for 60 players.
Payment on the day of the tournament, only in cash.

Please pre-register so that we can plan tables, maps and prizes accordingly.

It will take place in 5 parts in Swiss round.
from 9:00 a.m.: welcome of players
9:45 a.m.: registration deadline
10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.: 1st part
11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.: 2nd part
meal
2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.: 3rd part
3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.: 4th part
5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.: 5th part
6:30 p.m.: prize giving.

For catering, we will try to provide a lunch formula. We will keep you informed as soon as possible.
A cash bar with drinks is open all day.
