40k Vienna "Welcome 10th edition" Tournament - Information and Rules

Dear all! Writing in English as we welcome international players!

This is the first of a (hopefully) long series of tournaments in Vienna.

Please bear with us as it is the first tournament we organize, and moreover, we will use all the registration fee to buy terrain for our club. So no prices for the winners, except for the eternal glory in front of the Empra! (Or chaos gods, or c'tans, or... choose your favourite here!)

Since the 10th edition just came out, you will be automatically awarded the 10 points for painted army, even if your army is not.

1.) General information

2000 points, 3 games, played with the most recent version of the Leviathan mission pack.

2.) Registration fee

15 €, which you can pay directly on the tournament day.

3.) Army lists

4. ) Timetable

08:30 - 09:00 Registration
09:00 - 12:00 ​1. Game
12:00 - 12:45 ​Lunch
12:45 - 15:45​ 2. Game
15:45 - 16:00 ​Pause
16:00 - 19:00​ 3. Game

Please do not be late when handing in your points at the end of the game and not make us take unpopular decisions like yellow cards or similar.

Chessclock:

If one of the players want to use a chessclock, both will need to use it. If one of the two players clocks out, he will be only allowed, until the end of the game:

• Do saving throws
• Battleshock tests
• Points for primary missions

6.) Missions:

PriorityTargets, Hidden Supplies Search & Destroy
Purge the foe, chilling rain, crucible
Sites Of Power Chilling Rain Hammer and Anvil

7.) Terrain

We will use the WTC maps. We will only use the "Medium" Terrains setup.

8.) Points, models

You will get the 10 points for painted army even if not your whole army is painted.

We will use the WTC points system.

We will allow a limited amount of proxys. 90% of your army should be WYSIWYG. Alternative models are welcome, but they need to have the same size of the original one.
